Purchased Two SW revolvers...very disapponted
I just received my order of two SW revolvers. When I went to pick up the guns at the FFL, upon inspection, I had concerns both revolvers were not new. I asked the guy at the FFL and he believed they were new. I had purchased guns from the FFL before so I trusted his opinion. After I transferred the firearm and took it to my place of employment, several of my co-workers believed both guns were not new. I was rather pissed off because I paid for new guns. And btw, I am a police officer. Come to find out, I googled the return policy and read that once its transferred you are pretty much SOL. Very disappointed!!!

GrabAGun only sells brand new firearms direct from distribution. It has no way to source used firearms - even if desired. We recommend calling Smith and Wesson, giving them your serial numbers, and asking them for date of manufacture. We assure you they are in fact brand new. The "guy at your place of employment" opinion is wrong. We will add that Smith and Wesson is known for shipping revolvers that are not always 100% clean. It is our understanding that they test fire a certain number of them at the factory but only clean those tested with with compressed air. If you scroll back through years and years of reviews (on us as well as our competitors) you will see a common theme about people thinking their new Smith and Wesson revolver is "used". They aren't. Call S&W to check the serial numbers and get their take on their things.

as far as Grab A Gun goes great service. The ProMag magazine I bought however is not seating in the Ruger LCP. Now the original it came with was hard to seat also. I'm wondering if I have a defective LCP? Any help out there? This is not an LCPII or the Max model. standard LCP.

Bad service.
I ordered a revolver through their “California Compliant” selections, it was not California compliant, the FFL could not accept it and GAG wanted to charge me for return post and re-stocking. If you are considering a purchase from GAG, I strongly recommend you go to .budsgunshop.

Sorry for the issue and frustration caused. Truly. We will update the item you purchased to make sure the error does not happen again. While we do our best to ensure firearms are labelled correctly, it is ultimately up to buyers to ensure that they are legally allowed to own the firearm they are purchasing. CA has a website where all firearms can be double checked against.
Also, Bud's Gun Shop rating here on Trust Pilot is currently just 1.6 stars.
