I’ve ordered grab bars several times and have always been satisfied with the timely delivery. Plus, the bars were exactly as expected. Very satisfied.

We are doing a complete bathroom remodel and we needed a grab bar for the shower and one for the toilet wall. The only grab bars I had ever seen were the standard ADA boring ones that you find in public restrooms. I decided I wanted something that matched the rest of our Hardware so I went to grab bars.com and found a large variety of designs and prices. I found a design and finished that match the rest of our hardware and ordered them. I had them shipped overnight because our contractor needed them right away, and they arrived by noon the next day. Great service, great selection, great prices. Buy without fear, this is a great company.

The oil rubbed bronze is black with a very small amount of copper color sprayed on it. You have to look real close to see the specks of copper spray. I guess this is how the Chinese make "oil rubbed bronze". They make a point of mentioning "dark bronze" so I'm assuming others have complained already. I just couldn't imagine that it was actually black.

These bars come in a variety of styles and sizes. We love the gentle wave form of the one we purchased. (We bought a second one for another bath we are refinishing). They are very solidly made and easy to install. Arrived very quickly after we ordered them.

Installed these in my elderly moms shower. Excellent quality. Very well packaged...not a scratch on them.

The screws that came with it I used for only screwing into studs. Otherwise i used 3/8 stainless steel toggle bolts.

We needed two grab bars mounted on the outside of our home to help family members safely navigate a single step to/from our home. The staff at Grabbars.com were courteous and friendly in answering our questions as to whether the bars could be mounted on stucco (one into an external corner, one adjacent to a slider; both have wood underneath) under a covered porch. The wave grab bars are extremely well made. We were happy to see that the ends are finished metal; there is no plastic cap to seal the bar off as in our name brand bathroom grab bars. Excellent product, price and service.
They also referred us to a local installer. They were courteous and professional as well, but we ended up using our handyman for the installation.

I purchased three grab bars for my walk-in shower and one for my toilet area. I just had them installed. They are both functional and beautiful. The bars are quality. I am glad I found this company.

These grab bars are a very high quality product. After my wife’s surgery we did some of our bathrooms. These were such stylish and functional products that we decided to finish the house so that all of our bathrooms are fall proofed as we move into our senior years. These are much better quality than what you buy at the hardware and building supply stores. We have a high-end home and we wanted to keep it looking high-end as we age.

I'm remodeling a bathroom--removed a fiberglass tub/shower combo and replacing it with an acrylic tub with cultured marble surround. I'm 70 years old and preparing to age in place, hence grab bars. I shopped online--Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. and was going to purchase from one of them, but I couldn't find the finish that I wanted that would match the different sizes that I needed. From what I had seen at websites that focused on grabbars, they were much more expensive that the other general sites I was looking at. On a lark, I clicked on grabbars.com.
I was very surprised at the wide selection, not only of styles, but of finish and color as well. I spent time on the website perusing the guides and resources sections of the website and found them to be detailed and very helpful.
At about 9:00 p.m., I decided on some grabbars and added them to my cart, but didn't proceed any further because I wanted to double check myself the next day when I wasn't tired.
The next morning I had an email from the owner asking why I had stopped and giving me his phone number so that we could discuss what kept me from ordering. While I have had many an email from various companies letting me know that I had left something in my cart, no company has ever asked me to call them. That email from Lee Lowden cemented my desire to order from Grabbars.com. I did make changes to my order, but I did order on the same day. The order was made on a
Tuesday, and the bars were delivered Thursday. Wow!
I've yet to install them because the cultured marble has yet to be placed, but I am pleased with the quality of the bars. My wife and I have been test placing the bars (solid blocking wherever I thought bars would/should go) to see what works best for us. We are looking forward to many years of satisfaction from this purchase.

Extreme cost of shipping your product and - exploitation.

Had the modern grab bars that we liked for mom. She did not want her grab bars to look industrial like a hospital. We both liked the wavy grab bars from the moment we saw them. We put 3 in the shower,1 next to toilet and will be using 1 as a towel bar so everything matches and looks uniform. Thanks grab bars for the speedy delivery!

Great looking grab bars. Blended in well, don't look like typical grab bars yet totally functional. Shipping was fast at a resonalble price, did not slow the project down.

Arrived super fast and looks to be good quality. Have not installed it yet. Very helpful customer service.
