A great experience!
Fast and comfortable service
I made an order on the 11th of July from the US to Europe, in a few hours I received an offer for delivery from one of the travellers. Paid for it and in two weeks, as agreed, I received my order. Only after receiving it I confirmed that it was in fact delivered and the money got transferred to the traveller. Already used this platform a few times and I can’t be happier with it!

Customer support is NONEXISTENT
They blocked my account for no reason and with no explanation. I paid for the order and it was already delivered to my city, but I can't receive it because the option to confirm delivery is disabled.
Customer support is THE WORST. Their WhatsApp bot always says that a live rep is unavailable. I left 2 tickets already. The first one a week ago. Still no response!
They just charged my card, and now I don't have the product nor the money I paid for it. Never using this bogus service again!

The traveler never gives me the invoice for the purchase. He told me that he would give me the invoice every time I asked (more than 4 times) but when we met He didn't have it.
