Easy payment method, trustworthy operations

I made an order on the 11th of July from the US to Europe, in a few hours I received an offer for delivery from one of the travellers. Paid for it and in two weeks, as agreed, I received my order. Only after receiving it I confirmed that it was in fact delivered and the money got transferred to the traveller. Already used this platform a few times and I can’t be happier with it!

I am using grabr for more than 5 years now and all my experiences are good, and I see the company growing along the time, and trying to offer a better service day after day.

It's a safe and clear system. There's many payment methods so I can find some to fit in my pocket.

The experience with grabr was great. I created the request and received offers ritght away.

It's services works pretty well, an It's a helping hand to avoid paying exorbitant international shipping taxes, especially in countries like Brazil, where you are pay more then the double on most products.

The app interface could be better on the matter of the chat.

You have the possibility to choose where to meet with the deliveryman, so aways choose somewhere that you feel safe to be, and aways with a lot of people.

The advantage of buying a product from abroad is to find better prices. My experiences with Grabr has been wonderful. I feel safe and confident when I receive my products. I have never been disappointed and whenever I need to I will use the platform again. I recommend it to everyone!

Amazing shopping experience, support is very helpful, and shipping prices are excellent.

I only wish that there weer more travelers from the USA to my country.

I woud like Grabr to remind travellers to update the status of purchases so that I don't have to ask them

They blocked my account for no reason and with no explanation. I paid for the order and it was already delivered to my city, but I can't receive it because the option to confirm delivery is disabled.
Customer support is THE WORST. Their WhatsApp bot always says that a live rep is unavailable. I left 2 tickets already. The first one a week ago. Still no response!
They just charged my card, and now I don't have the product nor the money I paid for it. Never using this bogus service again!

The traveler never gives me the invoice for the purchase. He told me that he would give me the invoice every time I asked (more than 4 times) but when we met He didn't have it.

Everything great. It was my first time using the app. Will continue using it
