Worst customer service ever. They actually play you dumb and make you look stupid when answering questions - not professional at all!

EDIT: To the response - The generic suggestion that was provided which links to the community forum / thread doesn't help. NOR telling your customer:

"We don't hep you write your code for you. We have identified the problem and given you two possible solutions. The rest is up to you.

Helpful at all... Train your customer service team to actually help your customers (IF you guys even have a customer service team - seems like a 1 man show)

I really like the service. I use the screenshot tool for years now, and I just switched over to a premium package. I hope to use the service for years to come!

The GrabzIt Team have helped me on two occasions, despite my ignorance.
Those occasions were regarding conversion of my ASP.NET page (HTML, with an image) to PDF.
Answers to my questions were punctual, easy to understand etc. etc.
Moreover, even on Sunday evening there was someone (patient) to help.

THE best support! We had an issue with redirection. I wrote support from my FREE account, and in a few minutes i got first response. After half hour they found where problem was. After one hour they fixed all and it was ready for use.

GrabzIt is the best screenshot service, with great API documentation. They offer the best price with the highest of quality. I loved GrabzIt so much!

What I like about grabzit most is the API they make available to developers. It's straight forward and powerful. They're also actively working to improve it with new features that make my project perform even better.

The gem for Ruby on Rails has been easy to use and the API has returned the screenshots I need very fast. There was a minor issue in the beginning, but the Grabzit team was quick to respond and the issue was resolved within a day. I have upgraded to the Professional package and would recommend the screenshot service to anyone.

I have not experienced any speed issues like the previous reviewer was saying. The API is well documented and the support is incredible. I have never had to wait more then a few hours to get a response that solved any of my issue. After testing the service for a few weeks I upgraded to a premium plan.
