So, Grace Alley, since I can’t get your attention by telephone, I’ll try to get your attention on social media. It seems you only have one person answering three different lines (orders, warranties, complaints) at your operations center. That’s a bit shortsighted, especially for the complaints department. I’ve made four phone calls in the last couple of days and not raised one single person from any of those three departments.
I insisted my husband by our new American flag from an American company. I bought the flag that would not get tangled. Guess what I do every night when I take it down? That’s right, I spend a while rolling and rolling and rolling the pole until it’s untangled. Then a couple of days ago I noticed that the bottom hem is coming loose. It’s about a third of the way unraveled. So I got to looking at the stitching closer and I was appalled. I think I can confidently say I would’ve gotten a better product had I ordered from China, or at least one that wasn’t any worse than what I bought from you. For a flag to withstand being outside, the stitches have to be a lot closer together. Do you think people fly their flag indoors? So I will be awaiting your phone call to get this problem worked out. Maybe hire a few extra people at certain times of the year like the Fourth of July and Christmas
