My order of the newly released valentines jellycat range arrived quickly and I love them. I buy jellycats as a collector and one of the jellycats tags was damaged which was disappointing. The jellycats themselves were beautiful. Thank you gracegentle!

It was very quick and easy to order the item on the website. The service on collection at the shop was second to none. My item was ready and waiting the very next day and packed extremely well. I often visit Grace Gentle in Newark and all of the ladies in the shop are extremely friendly and helpful. It is old fashioned service at its best. They stock such beautiful items and if I’m looking for a gift, there’s always something I can find. There are items to suit your budget. We are so lucky to have Grace Gentle in Newark and the owner’s personal story behind the shop is wonderful.
