Will never use this company again. No response to what's app can't email them. Been waiting a week for them to dispatch my order. These guys are cowboys!!!!

Won’t ever use these crooks again. Been ordering for a while, on and off,
without issue but for some reason my last order wasn’t fulfilled and there’s no way to contact them. Live chat on web page doesn’t work, WhatsApp message left undelivered and won’t answer when I call. No response to email either.
I’ll get my money back through the bank not bothered about that but it’s an inconvenience.
Much better products and services out there so I’ll stick to using the professional companies from now on.

I’ve never left a bad review in my life but felt obliged this time.

I have ordered 3g of hash about 3 weeks ago and it was good. I ordered another 14 g and they have blocked my email and not responding on WhatsApp . Weather it’s a scam to get you to buy a large sum of items then block you I’m not sure but I’m very disappointed with their service

They will lure you in by sending your first few orders then when you place an order of a substantial amount they drop you like a hot brick while laughing that they already have your money.I placed an order on the 17.9.24 expecting to get the same response ( processing your order then tracking details) todate I have received nothing and order still unfulfilled. I have tried contacting them several times through thier messaging (whatsapp) with no reply and after emailing they blocked my email account. So I have no product and no refund while they have my money. I would use this site at your own risk as you might be thier victim next.

There is no such thing as next day delivery so why they have that on there in my opinion is deceitful and it will take around 4 days to arrive ,Then when it arrives it can be any random one that you’ve not ordered and they hope your that thick that you don’t know the difference and that’s happened 4 times now so won’t be a returning costumer.

Ordered days ago. Still no dispatch. I cannot get an answer on Whatsapp which is their only means of contact. Company is no longer registered with Companies House. If I don't get my order this week, I will have to report a theft to the Police. I will never use Graded Green again.

I made an order on 08/09/24 and today is 12/09/24 and I am yet to receive anything other day than a confirmation email, no shipping update nothing, when delivery states 1-5 days. I have messaged on the WhatsApp number provide and got no answer, and emailed the support email and replied to my confirmation email, both of which bounced back automatically. Very disappointed and would cancel my order if I could but you can’t do that either!

They have now read my WhatsApp message while continuing to ignore my calls at the same time

I am usually happy with my orders and have written a good review in the past, but this last order I have paid for still hasn’t been received and I am really annoyed. I placed my order on Thursday morning and usually it’s here the next day (or at the very latest, two days), but I haven’t even received a dispatch email. I pay good money to Graded Green each week, and I have done for about half a year. I’m just disappointed in their lack of customer service, because every time I have tried to email them or WhatsApp them, you never get a response. There have been times they have said they will include a free item with every order, and I have never received any free item EVER. I won’t be using this company ever again. Sorry!

Bad customer service, no tracking on parcels and no response to enquires. poor service.
Sadly wont use again waiting for 5 days nothing.....

So in turns out that unless you pay for next day delivery, GG will hold your package for 2 weeks and send it on a standard delivery, which happens to turn up the next day anyway; because my postal service is great. What's worse is they don't try to hide it. Written as bold as brass on the envelope in states 'do not post until after the 1st September'. When money is tight in this climate; shame on GG forcing people to pay for next day delivery to get their products the next day; when standard post gets delivered the following day anyway. Also having read some of the comments, I now know for certain that products I have received were not what I ordered. GG you are a disgrace and greedy company. Shame on you. I know my lack of business won't harm you but I hope my review does.

.I ordered on the 22nd and got a tracking number stating 48 hour delivery. However nothing received. I emailed, WhatsApp message and sent a message via their website. No response whatsoever. I have been a customer for over 5 years and never ever had any serious issues. Called my bank and had the payment clawed back. Seriously disappointed with GG, shame on you! You won't be seeing my business ever again.

After only positive experiences where I thought Graded Green were amazingly good - products, delivery, customer services - this time they failed. No delivery (never received by courier), no response to emails. Have been ripped off and am so disappointed and annoyed. Will not trust again and suggest others don't take the risk

Fast delivery

tried to contact them via email & the whats app number after there was a mistake on the order i placed but they just will not reply or answer the calls,the order (even with the mistake) still hasnt shipped 4 days after placing the order,starting to think ive been ripped off,i would not recommend using this company as customer service is what separates a good company from a terrible company

Just got refund from here.

Took them a week to contact me saying the following
"Hello, thank you for your message. I'm really sorry for the delay in getting back to you, our WhatsApp business account was restricted and we have only just managed to get it back today."

To mevi find that very unprofessional.

They started to argue with me when I asked for a full refund bit I managed to get it .

Avoid this company at all costs don't give them your trust as they are not worth it . You can can get delivered from Amrica quicker than here .

There products r really gd and delivered quickly

Never received my item have to go to bank of refund as they would not speak to me shocking customer service would never go hear again it is now the second order never turned up
