They say you get paid instantly or it could take 24 hours , for me it’s now been 48 hours and I still not receive the money absolute shocking. They set out a big quote but as soon as they receive it, they knock it down making excuses of slightly damaged, etc The Phone‘s life has always had a screen protector and a case never as The Phone been on its original skin. massive con highly recommend not just using GradeMobile but all of them they’re all the same. Use EBay or Vented etc.Update Police is involved now.

Keep blaming the system for issues, agreed a settlement for a refund after the shocking service I had and a week and a half later still nothing and blamed the system, looks like a trip to the small claims!

A little disappointed
I feel a little let down to be honest. I did my research on all the various buyers of used mobiles and Grade came out well in reviews, even been recommended by MSE as good to deal with. Offer came back over £150 lower than initial quote. I am not naive, and did not expect the full amount, however a drop of that amount was significant. No re-evaluation price was offered despite requesting it. Because of my situation and time constraints I did not have any alternative but to accept. Overall, disappointing. Only.plus side was that payment was made promptly. Valuation took 36 hours to come through and replies via email almost 24 hours each time. There is no way to communicate via telephone. Order no 277089. Overall, left feeling a little bit let down and I would be reluctant to use again or recommend being 100% honest.

Order ID #377223# The phone was not in the condition described when purchasing unfortunately. There was a visible scratch on the screen and a number of small scratches to the body of the phone. I purchased this because it was meant to be in perfect condition and was a gift. Unfortunately I was only in the UK for one week so didn’t have time to request a replacement and wait for it to be delivered again. I understand these are refurbished second hand phones but just think the phone supplied should match the condition advertised. I haven’t had this issue from your competitors in the past.
