And so whilst I was scrolling through instagram I came across Grade mobile that’s how I came up with Grade mobile and went to their website looked through and was very helpful the website I got an grade deal and great phone ! Phone was basically like new but without the hefty price! Came with a charger and plug ! And no dents ,damage,scratche or anything at all ! I sent my device to this company in perfect working order , it had a couple of little scrapes on the side of the device due to always being in a case since the day i have had it, the online offer stated £650
2 days passed and they sent me an offer of £280, they told me that my screen was faulty, my screen was not faulty at all, i was selling my iPhone 16 pro because i upgraded my phone to a 512gb because i was lacking in storage when taking any new videos/photos , they then offered me £310 instead which i still said no because i was expecting over £600!!
I have now received my phone back and the screen is damaged, bit of a coincidence i say no to the offer and my phone is now damaged.
Not happy i recommend you use anybody but this company when trying to sell your device

We completely refute any suggestion that damage would be caused to a device intentionally. That is not something that would ever happen within our operation and it would be wholly contrary to everything we stand for as a business.
However, we do understand how concerning it is to receive your phone back in a worse condition than you sent it, and we want to investigate this thoroughly. Screen damage can occasionally occur in transit and we want to understand exactly what happened in your case.
