Very unhappy with the service
I have tried to reach out to get an update on my applications I got a very rude response.
They are unwilling to support and I also can’t log into my online portal and no one is willing to help .

Gradfuel were fantastic, offering an informative, proactive and friendly experience. Tom did a great job guiding me through the process and I’m now left massively excited by new role.

Gradfuel were so helpful during my work search!
I had been struggling to find a position that suited my needs and was in the industry I was looking for, I saw an ad for Gradfuel on Facebook and signed up for a chat with the team.
They took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for in a job, then got me in to virtual interviews that week - I was offered 3 of the 4 jobs I interviewed for and started the next week in the job I accepted and am loving it so far.
I would definitely recommend graduates looking for work in their/a related industry get in touch with Gradfuel.

Big thanks to Charlie who I met at a jobcentre jobs fair last week Thursday. He secured me an interview for the next day, and I started this job on Monday. Such a quick turn around, and I couldn't be happier with the company that I've started at.

The experience with Gradfuel has been overall positive, good support from Tess and candidate follow up.
The only downside was that some candidates that were put forward were not relevant to our job roles and sometimes there were a few gaps in communication.
However, it is good to see that Gradfuel greatly improved since my first experience with them in 2021 and I am grateful for all their help with finding candidates.
