Still waiting for Grado A to do what they offered to do in order to compensate for the rubbish they sold me. No ethics, no responsibility, no shame. This is a scam hidden behind the term “vintage”.
Don’t bite as I did and run away from Grado A.

The worst. Scammers avoid at all costs. We bought several clothes from them, most never arrived and almost all where extremely dirty and in bad condition and many fake among them(especially Levi's jeans were fake). The leather jackets had bugs and a pant had feces, never seen anything like that. And above all that w were blocked by the "manager" whom until that day was supposed to solve the issues so practically we had no way to contact. Terrible is little to describe this business. They even closed their google listing because of the poor rating.

Very dissapointed.
Ordered jeans to first check the quality before ordering larger amounts and that was a good idea! Got less amount of pants then we ordered and got the wrong items (we ordered vintage pants got jeans from 2010s-2020s in bad quality).
When we brought this up with their customer service they said they would contact us to solve it but then radio silence... Have tried to contact them since but no answer.

I made a small order to test, thanks to God was a small order...
T-shirts, not even 1 was good...
All with stains 30% of the order was child size, i complain to them via WatsApp then blocked me...
Dont buy from this scammers...
You can buy cheaper and with better quality...

After many crude vicissitudes, they gave me a refund. They could never have won the Paypal dispute anyway, they were just making me wait. He who has it tough wins it.

I ordered some items end of January. The seller wouldn't send me my order. Then I contacted him many times and he said to show me which pieces I get. Since the ones he had for my order were utter TRASH I chose much more to not waste my money. The order arrived today, 20 days late!!! and even though I handpicked 400 euros of clothing in there he put clothes I didn't chose and 2 fake ones. The fake ones I paid 15 euros each. Are you kidding me? Quick money will get you nowhere and it's sad that wholesale's like that still have work. Many of the items had tears and stains while I was informed of grade A.

It's unbelievable what some people in spain allow themselves to sell to customers! :((
I have never held such poor clothing from a second-hand vintage supplier. We were supplied with inferior, sometimes disgustingly dirty, torn and holed second-hand goods and are absolutely disappointed. Unfortunately, the dealer refuses to refund the purchase price and does not provide an adequate replacement. An extremely unprofessional business practice bordering on fraud, without any customer service and just looking for quick money.

An absolute mistake and very disappointing. We ordered second-hand clothes from Grado A vintage and almost all of the items we received were broken, stained and torn. The items smelled very musty and were even covered in mould stains. Grado A vintage did nothing about our complaint and neither sent us a replacement nor refunded our money for the faulty goods. I can only advise anyone not to order second hand vintage here. The retailer has a lousy customer service and does not care about a quick replacement. An absolute horror, customer service is different. Too bad, I would have preferred to write a good review but even 1 star is still too much.
