I've used Gradwell for many years now…

I've used Gradwell for many years now and Cassandra was warm, super helpful, calm and patient in establishing the problem with Microsoft when trying to access my original setup password to move my data over to a new computer. Instant, direct service in the UK. Excellent service.

Porting support - 5 star service

I got a five star service from the port team. Emails and phone calls were answered promptly. Without the usual calls to customer support in another country. This is how support should be done, direct person to person, no bots, no another countries. Highly recommended.

Perfectly planned & executed

Going from a 10+ year old phone system with a previous supplier, and upgrading to the 3CX system through Gradwell was the smoothest project we have ever dealt with.
When we first enquired about upgrading our phone system we reviewed the quotes from our previous supplier, another competitor and Gradwell, and Gradwell came up trumps for not only their price, but also their customer service. Can not thank Michael more than enough for being able to build us such a good deal that we couldn't turn down.
Every person that i have spoke to at Gradwell are very friendly, really down to earth and easy to talk to.
Sean planned the whole project out with us and everything was all laid out in front of us to see every step that the project would take. There was a great choice of hardware when it came down to phones and headsets and the delivery of the devices was exactly when they told us they would arrive.
Dave knows this 3CX system inside and out, he built the whole system precisely to our specification and i can't thank him enough for all the advice he gave us with it.
I hope the relationship that we have built with Gradwell continues for many years to come.

I've used Gradwell.com for nearly ten…

I've used Gradwell.com for nearly ten years and I recommend them highly. Their sales and support teams are first class and the service is reliable and cost effective. I use their VoIP service to run a holiday let so having a local number is really useful for supporting customers and attracting business.

OUR TIME WITH GRADWELL

We have been with Gradwell for several years and have absolutely no complaints. The prices have hardly changed over the years and the customer service is excellent! Any problems(and there have hardly been any) we just call.

Excellent Customer Care & Professional Service

Just had an excellent and professional experience in my switch of an existing contract to a new Wave contract. A huge shout out to the transition team and in particular to Tawanda Rupere in sales who spent time to understand my business needs and offered me options. I have not seen this level of customer care and attention to needs in a long time. Thanks again.

Not the company they used to be

Having questioned why we had been charged £9.99 a month for dark web searches, I questioned when I had agreed to this service. They could not provide me with the email they’d sent me and after threats of legal action they agreed to refund me. There is no legal basis for taking these payments, they need your express consent before signing you up to a service after a free trial. Shame on you Gradwell!
