Nothing short of great
Great team of people, always helpful - saved us a fortune on our Gamma Horizon system by switching to 3CX, heaps more features too! I've already recommended to other local businesses and wouldn't hesitate to continue. Shout out to Nathan and Carl in particular, but the porting, support and billing are all super helpful too. Nothing too much trouble!

Awful company, no clue
Awful company, avoid like the plague alot better competitors for MS teams direct routing who can deliver basic service.
Make excuses 'Microsoft changes stuff', having to fix their own support issues at 11pm at night, product not fit for purpose

Gradwell = Great Service
Phoned with an internet / no service issue. The agent looked into it straight away, while on the phone to me. He then demonstrated on team viewer how he would resolve the issue and did it there and then. Fast and efficient service. Have been using Gradwell for a while now and, we always find them to be helpful and understanding.

Great Telephony System
Our company has been using Gradwell for sometime now but I recently joined and took over from my predecessor. At first I didn't know how to use but then it was pretty much fast and easy to learn and use.
So far so good, support is really quick as well.
I would like if they had their own app for desktops.

With Gradwell 10+ years and still a Great Service and easy to use
I have been with Gradwell since 1st April 2011 over ten years and thought it about time to write a review as I am on here today, Great Service and easy to use.
The service control panel stayed very basic for several years but recently has had upgrades and is now a great GUI.
Just to say thank you for such a great service and looks like I will be here another 10 years god willing :)

Very Patient with our Questions!
Out of the four suppliers we contacted, Gradwell stood out far above the rest in terms of contact/response times, personability and keeping things simple (I'm not an expert!).
Gradwell took time to understand our business to ensure they were offering the right product and have also been very patient with our questions.
