My experience with Graebel Relocation…
My experience with Graebel Relocation Services was extremely disappointing. We were assigned to work with them as part of my company’s relocation, and from the start, the process was riddled with inconsistent and contradictory information that ultimately cost us significant time and thousands of dollars.
Our representative repeatedly gave details that conflicted with previous guidance, and despite our efforts to clarify, the confusion only worsened. On multiple occasions, both myself, my partner, and even a third-party professional affiliated with the company witnessed these contradictions firsthand during phone calls.
To make matters worse, the representative’s demeanor was often unprofessional and discourteous, adding unnecessary stress to an already complex relocation process. Overall, the experience left us deeply frustrated and made what should have been a supportive service feel entirely not worth the effort or expense.
I would also after your first phone call require them to send everything in a written email. This way you couldn’t call them later and then give you information that contradicted what they previously give you.
Due to repeated misinformation, our relocation process was significantly delayed. We were unable to begin the home buyout process as early as we should have because the required number of days our home needed to remain on the market was initially misrepresented. When we raised the issue, the representative dismissed it by claiming we had “misunderstood.” However, after reviewing my notes from our first, second, and even third calls, it was evident that the information we were given changed each time. Eventually, we had to insist on receiving details in writing just to have something consistent to rely on.
Once we are completely finished working with the company. I do plan to discuss this all with my company to let them know this. As well as shared the dissatisfaction from the independent individuals who are part of this process that contract with Graebel.
