O stars.

O stars.
Worthless and overpriced company with ignorant people located somewhere in Eastern Europe.
Breech of data and didn’t even let their customers know!
Sent me an invoice that was supposed to be for a CEO in Luxembourg.
Charge fees than are beyond your imagination and does not inform thins before the contract has been signed.
Need a relocator ? Don’t choose them!

Awful company to relocate with

Awful company to relocate with. Will nickel and dime you for made up things. It will cost you more money and more headaches than what you think a relocation company should do. They should be taking headaches away. Awful service, people, and company.

My experience with Graebel Relocation…

My experience with Graebel Relocation Services was extremely disappointing. We were assigned to work with them as part of my company’s relocation, and from the start, the process was riddled with inconsistent and contradictory information that ultimately cost us significant time and thousands of dollars.

Our representative repeatedly gave details that conflicted with previous guidance, and despite our efforts to clarify, the confusion only worsened. On multiple occasions, both myself, my partner, and even a third-party professional affiliated with the company witnessed these contradictions firsthand during phone calls.

To make matters worse, the representative’s demeanor was often unprofessional and discourteous, adding unnecessary stress to an already complex relocation process. Overall, the experience left us deeply frustrated and made what should have been a supportive service feel entirely not worth the effort or expense.
I would also after your first phone call require them to send everything in a written email. This way you couldn’t call them later and then give you information that contradicted what they previously give you.
Due to repeated misinformation, our relocation process was significantly delayed. We were unable to begin the home buyout process as early as we should have because the required number of days our home needed to remain on the market was initially misrepresented. When we raised the issue, the representative dismissed it by claiming we had “misunderstood.” However, after reviewing my notes from our first, second, and even third calls, it was evident that the information we were given changed each time. Eventually, we had to insist on receiving details in writing just to have something consistent to rely on.
Once we are completely finished working with the company. I do plan to discuss this all with my company to let them know this. As well as shared the dissatisfaction from the independent individuals who are part of this process that contract with Graebel.

Super unprofessional and incompetent

Super unprofessional and incompetent. If you have the ability, avoid using Graebel. If you are an unfortunate person who, like me, is required to use them via corporate relocation, expect them to be entirely useless and actively harmful to your well-being and experience.

Scam behavior/ scam company

Their lack of professionalism to go through proper documentation and signing procedures house purchasing has horrifically slowed down the pace of me making a house purchase.
Their agents literally are trying to gaslight my realtor to have me sign blank forms in an illegal manner. They're also trying to make me sign documents of them signing a house over that's not even in their name yet (it's not a difficult process to sign over a house with a deed owner's name, but there are steps you have to follow.
What they are doing is super illegal and scam behavior. Do not trust this relocation company and report them to the authorities of your city or state when they do something suspicious.

Horrible

Horrible. Avoid at all costs. If your company uses Graebel for relocation, just ask for a relocation incentive of equal value to avoid dealing with them.

I never write reviews, but seriously F this company.

I'm a corporate citizen and have…

I'm a corporate citizen and have changed locations 4 times in the last decade crossing continents. the last move from Geneva to London was the most horrific, chaotic, unprofessional, inhumane and most importantly, the worst waste of time and money. Graebel not only managed to delay delivery by over 5 weeks, loose all fittings and screws, lose some items and not assemble most of the pieces, their compensation process took longer and as you expect, they managed to diffuse the whole issue and pay back less than 15%. This is not about the money, but their inability to deliver has cost me and my family distress, lost holidays, lost items and a horrible feeling of vandalism. I urge you not to trust this company with your belongings. They will mess up and you will pay an unforgiving price.
