I was not familiar with this company, but I thought I would give them a try. I am so happy with the quality of the shirts and dresses I ordered. They are beautiful and well-made! The colors are gorgeous, the fabric and sewing is excellent. Everything lays well and has washed nicely. The shipping did take awhile (I ordered June 11 and it arrived July 5), and the returns process was a bit drawn out (you have to get through some back & forth emailing and 24-48 hour waits), but they were communicative and honest about following their policies. They processed my refund quickly for the few things that I didn't keep.

I was nervous to order from this company because of some of the negative reviews on here saying it took too long too receive their order, or the sizes were way off, or critiques that it was shipped from China. But I am very happy with the 3 items I ordered (pants, skirt, and shirt). I got all size medium and they are very standard to the American size. I got my order 10 days after ordering which is pretty great. And the critiques that they're shipped from China are pretty silly considering most of our brand name clothing in the US is made in China (Old Navy etc.); This company just ships directly from the manufacturer, saving cost. It's a really high quality linen cotton blend for a good price, and unless you want to spend $200 for a pair of pants made in America, you're not going to find that elsewhere. Also obsessed with the adorable coconut buttons! :)

EDIT: Received email from Grae Cove; seems like they are transitioning to a new returns portal. They volunteered to take care of my returns issue and resolved it promptly, which was much appreciated.

No return info online. You have to "email a request for return" & that request is never answered. Scam.

I ordered a medium size dress. I understand that it is supposed to be a loose fit dress but it is just so big. (More like XL). The quality of the material was not what I expected too.

This is my third time buying. These clothes are so high quality and comfortable. The linen is great for my sensitive skin, which often reacts badly to fabrics. I will probably end up buying more!

The clothes were beautiful and well-made, but for ill-fitting items, The return process was difficult and fussy- the online system worked poorly. It took a stressful amount of time for the return request to be submitted, but eventually a customer service representative got back to me, and was then very helpful and considerate.

The clothes are great, but after a few wash (gentle no dryer), the clothes seem to wear out quickly. The fabric is increasingly transparent. Some models more than others. I love the design, all the clothes I've ordered fit perfectly but after two orders, I'm a little disappointed with the quality. Also, the choice of colors is limited.

This is lovely clothing, appears to be well-made. I ordered four items and had to return three. One item, the pink long sleeved shirt was too short for me in the body, it hit me mid-stomach which does not suit me at all. For reference I am 5’ 8”. The colour is lovely and it really is a beautiful shirt.
I returned two items because of the colour. The sleeveless green tank is a green that makes my skin look sallow. I had the same problem with the rust-coloured top. I wear green and terra cotta but these were just not suitable for my colouring. These are personal choices and do not reflect the quality of the items but it is a chance you take when you order online.
I found the return process difficult at first but someone from Customer Service reached out to me and quickly resolved my issue. I was offered a refund.

This company has poor customer service.
I needed to return a couple items from grae cove.
The company would not allow it even when it was within the 30 day window.

I really liked the dress, the fabric feels super high quality. One piece didn't work out for me, not suited for my bodytype, and the return was seamless.

The products are good quality, nice color, great fit for me. The shipping took too much time. I planned to wear those dresses on my vacation, so I ordered on July 9th but I received those on July 23rd which I already left home for the vacation. The dresses did not arrive on time. I think it takes too much time to get.
Also the dresses fit great for me, body is wide and have enough length, but as a size of Large, sleeves might little small. It's ok for me but usual L size sleeves are more wide and not too tight I guess. For some people, it might too tight.
I want order more dresses but I can't find any more design and color I like, so I wish they have a little more variety of them and new products.

Grae Cove has amazing customer service that is intentional about serving its customers well!

Wasn’t happy with the quality or how the skirt fit me, tried to return and they never got back to me. Waste of money

I quality of linen I really like. I get a lot of compliments when I wear them.

After my first purchase, I remarked that it would be great to see the style I ordered in more colors. Now I have all 3 of the colors offered!
