I've ordered a print last year and the art piece is great and the service top-notch!

I've found there seems to be a glitch in registering for the 10% discount. i've registered with 2 different email accounts but not received the code... But that's easily fixable and it's a great trustworthy company!

I ordered a free print from an offer on FB. I only paid S/H but I got worried that it wasn't coming and contacted customer service. They replied right away and were very helpful. And I was overly impatient, because my print arrived the very next day. It was beautiful and I am getting it framed. Thank you!

After ordering a print at an extremely low price, I knew it would take a few weeks to receive since I am in Texas. I just yesterday sent an inquiry asking for an update on shipping, just to see if I would receive it for before Christmas. Alex responded quickly and kindly and I actually received the print the same day. It is incredible and even more than I hoped for, my daughter will love it. Not only will I be purchasing more art, but I have to say the customer service I received from Alex far exceeded any I have experienced elsewhere. Excellent company, excellent product, and I am so happy to have found them!

I recently placed an order with Graff.io for a framed picture. When I received the package, it was the correct print but of a different size than I had ordered. I then contacted Graff.io who confirmed an error was made by them and that a replacement of the correct size would be sent to me promptly. Through several email exchanges, both Naima and Rae exhibited a high level of customer service which made my overall experience less disconcerting. A reputable company like Graff.io, whose focus is to make and maintain satisfied customers, has certainly earned my esteem. I look forward to doing additional business with them in the future and recommend that others do the same.

I experienced a few problems with my order which were promptly put right on both occasions by Customer Services and I feel that the communication was very good and quick. In my opinion the frame was not what I would have liked for the price paid as due to keeping the postage cost low it was very light, backed with card as board is heavier and as glass can not be shipped it was art glass which was acrylic. Customer Services have refunded the full amount as I was not entirely happy with my order due to a fault. I also have to add that I sent the print back to them which Royal Mail lost however Customer Services were very helpful. Thank you.

I ordered some Graff.io prints and they are great! So original and will look great in our theatre room. They took a while to get to me but I am in Canada and they were being shipped over the holiday season so it was not surprising and not the fault of Graff.io. When I did email to inquire where my shipment was, the response was always quick and friendly. I would recommend ordering prints from Graff.io to anyone!

Excellent site. I found it by accident and placed an order late not expecting it to arrive before Christmas since it was coming from over seas. Surprisingly it did arrive in time for Christmas and the person that I gave it to as a gift was very pleased to receive it. On the site the frame of the product appeared scratched and chipped but upon arrival everything was perfect.

First Class Customer service, genuine and professional approach. Naima assisted with entire purchase order, answering all the questions and expediting the order for me in a timely manner. I will be a frequent customer because of her great service and hospitality. THANK YOU

We had problems with delivery of our orders (out of the control of Graffiti.io) but their response via Naima was prompt, efficient and courteous.....the issues were resolved and we couldn’t be happier with the service and the product!.......thanks again Naima!

This is a great place to get your prints from. They have not only amazing designs but the quality matches this. The prints they have are awesome and out of this world. I've purchased many prints from here and will continue to buy them. Whenever I have friends come over they ask me were I got my cool prints from I told them were. When they found out how much I got them for, they ended up purchasing them. They've also had them displayed and had friends of theirs buy some as well. Pass this on Graff.io is the greatest place to get great prints at a great value.

The staff was very helpful with going through the purchasing process. I found the selection of prints to be so unique and eye catching that the hardest part was controlling myself over just how many to buy.

All in all great experience and I can't wait until my print arrives to hang it in my home.

I am very happy with this company. After I got the hang of it I found the website easy to use. The finished project was awesome and i know my niece will love her Xmas present. Shipping took longer than I expected but customer service was great and it came shortly afterwards. Great company and I will order again!

The first attempt of receiving my package was miserable. I waited a month and did not receive. But customer service was with me the entire time keeping contact. They felt bad and upgrade my order and allowed me to change part of it. The second attempt took about 3 weeks for delivery but I'm very pleased with what I received. I only have 2 complaints. The shipping sucks. If you live in the US the shipping takes forever and once it leaves the uk their is no way of tracking it. 2nd issue the frame backing is cardboard very cheap. I understand it keeps cost cheap when shipping because it reduces the weight but still. Everything is was great with this company. I'm honestly 90 percent satisfied.

I feel it necessary to mention one person who has been exceptionally helpful. Naima, has provided so much assistance with various projects. She always replies to any inquiries very promptly.
