Compost bin delivered on time and exactly as ordered

Wasn’t clear in buying information that planter option for top of water butt does not lock into place like the regular top does.

Super easy to order online. Telephone call to arrange a convenient delivery date. Customer service was exceptional regarding a discount code. You receive points on your order which you redeem on your next purchase automatically, which we found to be a £20 discount which is pretty generous. And on top of that, the stone effect water butt is brilliant, slimline but decorative, which we were finding hard to find elsewhere. Perfect !

Very happy with the water butt, it was the only super slim one with good capacity that I could find. Looks great. Fast delivery. Website was incorrect about including the diverter from the drain pipe - I called and it has been changed. Instructions are basic and I needed to phone to check something, and very helpful. Flexi tube provided to connect drainpipe to butt is short and I could have done with an extra 10 cms.

Easy ordering. Fast delivery by local company who communicated well. Product as stated.

Well, second reminder, but the unit appeared on my front lawn sometime this morning when it was pouring down with rain, good job its plastic. enough of the moan.
Managed to drag it through the house and stand it in position and it looks magnificent. Just waiting for help to connect it up then start to collect water !

Excellent product delivered on time

We were so pleased to be able to find a water butt, which serves the purpose but also enhances the look of our garden.

I ordered 4 80cm by 80cm raised bed assemblies. An excellent product as always. Unfortunately my free T-Shirt was missing but this was very quickly rectified by the company via emails and received within 24 hours. Amazing service.

The compost bin was fairly straightforward to put together. The low rating is because the lid is not quite the right size. It is a little too big so the top will not click closed. My previous compost bin's lid used to blow open in strong winds, and I am very sorry I will have the same problem with this one. I have to keep a brick on top, but even that is not enough in a strong wind.

Only downside was difficulty communicating with the delivery company to change times and dates, and receiving no reply messages early on the delivery day.

All ok except lid does not fit properly once compost is in as it gets a bit distorted.

The product ordered arrived intact and exactly as ordered. I have had them before and they are a great product. The reason I only gave 3 stars is that I knew that the carrier had my package on the Tuesday as they sent an email letting me know, however, they did not attempt to deliver it on Wednesday. On Thursday I had another email saying that they would deliver that day but it didn't arrive. Same email on Friday - it would be with me that day. It did finally arrive on the Friday but later than expected. It seemed to be a lot of unnecessary waiting in for the parcel and I decided not to order any more because of this experience. I have no gripe with Garantia but the carrier is not up to snuff!
