The water butt arrived promptly but the top tray was damaged we emailed about the problem and received a new tray within 3 days. Very good service

The raised beds were delivered promptly and well-packaged. They are well-engineered so very easy to assemble. I had a slight problem clipping them together to make them double height but second pair of hands solved that problem.

The woody wall tank 350L water butt
Unfortunately, my woody wall tank fell off its pallet before it reached my property, so I'm waiting for it to be installed, to make sure that there are no leaks.
I chose this item because it looked like its pale colouring would blend in nicely with my colour scheme.
However, when it arrived, it was not the colour as shown but instead it was more orange in tone, so this was disappointing for me.
The other problem is that you must make sure that you buy the correct diverter to go with this, as the tank does not have a lid and therefore you cannot access the inside of the tank. So in addition to the high price of the tank, I then had to purchase another diverter plus a hose pipe kit (to enable me to see how much water there is in the tank, as without a lid, you have no idea of its contents) So this added another £97 (I chose the more expensive diverter, with a filter, as without a lid, again, difficult to see what's in there, so I was thinking that prevention is better). Please note that it does say that you should not leave water in this butt over winter, due to the possibility of freezing and therefore possibly splitting the tank.

After a slightly company based start off the actual content was helpful.

Fast delivery. Well packed large compost bin. Helpful video about how to construct. I managed to do it on my own. It was easy apart from removing the green plastic braces that held the parts together in transit and had to removed to separate the parts. It’s a sturdy well made bin with a large capacity. I like the two flaps as the lid which makes adding stuff easier.

Well packaged, great quality product, arrived relatively quickly.

Both my purchases from this company have arrived on time and are as advertised. Easy to put together with no tools required and look good.

Product (water butt) is good, but needed to upgrade the tap as the one supplied was very basic. Would have expected something better with a 650 liter butt. Ordering a replacement needed a phone call as the thread size was not specified in the product literature. Also very spammy - so many "please review" emails, would have got another star otherwise.
