It arrived on time and did exactly what we wanted

Really pleased with planter product. Easy to assemble

Good product as described. Though the tap supplied was a cheap gold coloured plastic one. Why can't they supply all water tanks with the brass one? The rain saver kit bought at the same time has an inadequate 16 inches of hose.

All just as promised. The water butt is great, 3 times as big as the old one but not taking up any more space. Any questions I had were answered.

The water butt looks really good and we're looking forward to planting up the top. We also purchased an avanti water diverter which my husband said wasn't as easy to fit as was suggested in the write up, it also leaks slightly.

Despatched promptly. Website easy, courier texted to arrange delivery and delivered when they said they would. One butt wrapped in cardboard with minimal plastic- one more Ricky shape wrapped in bale type plastic - less good but difficult to know how else to do it. Pallets reused by me. They look stunning - particularly the armora.

Wonderful customer service from Garantia UK. I called to request a replacement lid as the original one had been broken by foxes. The replacement lid arrived within two days. Thank you Emily!

Ordering was very simple, delivered quickly. Packaging was impressive all recyclable except for 2 narrow restraining straps. We found it very easy to fit the compost bin together, but watched the video just in case, what a good idea to supply these short clips. Impressed with the stability of it and the capacity now looking forward to using.

On first ordering my experience was very good with a few emails immediately with instructions for my compost bins, then followed an email stating my order was complete and on its way which later turned out to be not completely true as it wasn’t even collected by APC until three days later on the 5/2.. so clearly sat in a warehouse awaiting collection and not actually dispatched. Once it had been collected it wasn’t even delivered to me the next day 6/2 as the courier company had staff off sick in my local depot so my delivery wasn’t even loaded onto the van until the following day 7/2. Once received I quickly realised it was unsuitable for my needs so arranged a return to which they were very helpful in arranging APC to collect and return my order back to them which i am very grateful. On talking to Emily I stressed that I didn’t have a return slip inside my parcel but she assured me that they don’t give those out anymore it’s just on there system that it’s being returned something which I found strange as it explicitly says on the returns page that all refund require this to be filled out to get a refund. I followed instructions and awaited APC to collect to which they did albeit without a sack barrow which ment I had to carry a huge 33kg box over to the roadway where the van was located. All drivers should carry this as standard. Since the item being accepted back into their warehouse by Tom on 13/2 I heard nothing until I emailed customer services to find out how long my refund would take to which I was told it was just being sent over to the accounts team now so should be with me shortly, this was 24hrs ago and I’ve still not had any confirmation or timespan of my refund. What has annoyed me is emailing me to ask me to leave a review when I’m still awaiting my refund.

Item looks a bit flimsy but does carry ,three year guarantee. Only part order posted. Order completed on enquiry

This is our second compost bin of this sort. Now sitting neatly beside the first, bought last year, they have been an excellent choice. Easy to assemble and to use and very efficent delivery.

Plenty of telephone advice available before purchase, the tank was delivered promptly and by a very helpful driver. It's a good solid piece of kit, too.

Can't fault them. Quick turnaround and good quality product. I will definitely use them again.

We love the product (large underground water tank and irrigation system for garden) but I wanted to call out the outstanding customer service as it is a large purchase and it matters. Not once but twice we had an accidentally broken part (probably our fault) and each time I raised it online, I got an immediate and friendly phone call to arrange the part to be shipped FOC, no fuss.

Easy to find the right tank required, easy to maneuver website with all relevant information present to allow you to compare tanks against others available on the market. Good communication from Graf regarding delivery and arranging delivery around my schedule. Helpful and friendly staff
