Lack Of Customer Service
The reason I am writing this review is because of the TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE from Graham Cashmere.
I contacted Graham Cashmere on 1st October 2024 which was the day I received my order for cashmere socks. The postman rang the bell and had the package in his hand. He embarrassingly said he had to ask me my age! I thought it was a joke, but he then seriously explained that he could not hand over the package unless I told him how old I was. This was not the Royal Mail requesting this, it was the seller. This is requested if the package contained knives, vapes and other items that require age identity in shops. But mine contained socks!
I contacted Graham Cashmere on three occasions, asking them why they required me to give my age. Surely this is a breach of data protection. I found the experience insulting and humiliating. Twice I used the form on their Contact Us web page and the third time was via the email address they give of the Contact Us web page. I have heard NOTHING from them not even an acknowledgement of any of my communications.
I did try to phone them BUT they have no phone numbers available for the public to use. They also do not have the facility to leave a review. So other then using social media the only other way was set the company up on Trustpilot and be the first to review them
