Great quality, tasty fresh products.

Brilliant service as usual. Now safely in my freezer and I am sure it will taste as delicious as usual. Thankyou Graig Farm.

The order was made on Sunday with the option to deliver on Tuesday, which was chosen. Then they sent an email with apologies about the delay. So it’s supposed to be delivered on Wednesday. Later another email was sent about the further delay towards Thursday. Then I replied, asking to cancel the order, but didn’t get any response. On Wednesday I decided to give them a call and to ask personally to cancel the order. They were polite and friendly, explained the reason for the delay. It was snow and I fully understood. They said they can cancel the order but it would be lovely if I didn’t. So I didn’t and the order was finally delivered on the 8th of January. But, 4 packages out of 5 had expiry date the 7th, one day before the actual delivery. It’s unacceptable. I can understand the weather condition but I can’t understand how it is possible to deliver expensive product, already expired, particularly meat. I can’t afford to throw away such an expensive meat and really hope I won’t contract any disease. Certainly I am not going to give it to my children.

Meat from graig farm is always well butchered and tasty. We eat it as often as we can afford to. Definitely one of the best organic butchers and we have tried quite a few others.

I have always been delighted with the quality of the meat from Graigfarm - particularly the lamb. The delivery service is amazingly quick and the meat is very well packed.
