We are regular customers with Graig Farm We eat less meat than we used to but prefer to have more expensive, organic meat from this trustworthy farm where the provenance of everything is known and we know no hormones or chemicals have been used to feed the animals. Delivery is also very good, a prompt service using sustainable, reusable packaging. Top marks all round from us!

The food is very high quality. The information about the delivery was accurate and everything arrived that I ordered. I like that you can order smaller joints of meat for a small household.

The quality of the meat as usual, the fact that all the packaging is recyclable, the wool insulation I have passed to my neighbour as pest control for their allotment, and probably the thing that impressed me most was their response to a small issue that I had, I sent an email and had a immediate response and issue sorted straight away

I was really looking forward to trying Craig Farm organic chicken and herb burgers....Sadly, and much to my surprise,I found them bland and unappetising... Disposed of the rest....What more can I say!!

Ordered organic lamb shoulder asked for chilled if possible, received a very nice email from a real person not a bot who confirmed my requirements and wished me a happy weekend with the grandchildren. Meat arrived well packed and chilled on day required. Slow roasted on the barbecue in a herb and lemon marinade , was absolutely delicious . I’ve never had a poor piece of meat from this excellent company

my delivery arrived as scheduled,the packaging is amazing, my chicken arrived fresh and tasty, now I only buy my chicken from Gregs organic, the taste is very different from the supermarket.

Great customer service. I didn't expect the butcher to answer the telephone. And although liver wasn't available on the website the butcher managed to find some to include in my delivery. I love that you are not restrcited to one particular delivery day. Brilliant service from start to finish and most importantly fantastic quality meat.

After my order was delayed due to courier issues and was unusable the order was promptly resent and arrived the next day. An excellent service.
