Very poor building quality and customer service

A lot of issues with the building managed by Grainger. The lifts keep breaking down and constant issues with faulty fire alarms requiring the building to be evacuated on at least 3 separate occasions.
If you are in the position to rent I would urge caution from dealing with this business. They are very slow to respond to issues - they are not concerned with the quality of life of tenants - just extracting as much money out of them.

Disgusting

I rent and have rented from Grainger for over 25 years. I am in my seventies and have recently undergone a major operation, still reccuperating from a tumour in the bowel. About 2 weeks ago my combi- boiler broke down which left me with no hot water or central heating. Someone came from Axis fixed it...2 days later it broke again...this has happened 3 times. Someone is supposed to come today. I have tried to contact Grainger in London several times but no one answers its constantly on an answerphone, I wanted them to see if they could sort it out with Axis for me. I am freezing cold in this weather. I think its disgusting the way I'm being treated especially being a pensioner and in ill health. Grainger always dragged their heels with repairs. I have been waiting 6 months to have my windows repaired....If there waa a fire in my flat God forbid and I was stuck in my lounge Iwould no be able to open a window to escape. I would never ever recommend anyone to rent on a long term basis.

Quality and impeccable customer centricity

I am a tenant here at one of their properties in East Midlands and I love everything about Grainger plc. Although a bit pricey, you get quality in return which is what makes their customers content with their choice.

Brilliant communication with Deanne

I have recently signed a contract to live in The Headline, Leeds. I have had frequent communication with Deanne who has upheld kindness and professionalism throughout the process and I couldn’t be happier with my experience up to date. All of my queries have been answered accordingly and I look forward to my move in date.

Best experience with Deanne in Leeds

We’ve rented from Grainger twice, and I have to admit our first experience in London was less than satisfactory. Now that we've moved to Leeds, we were feeling a bit apprehensive about giving Grainger another chance. However, our experience with Deanne has completely changed my perspective.

She was incredibly pleasant to communicate with—always caring, responsive, patient and of course, highly professional. She gave very detailed info we may need about every potential flats according to our need, helped us with parking and our luggage during the viewing, and made our referencing/moving in process super fast, easy and fluent.

Now we've moved in for a couple of days and so far all the staff here are really helpful and caring. Thanks to Deanne, and everyone in the Headline, we’re now feeling really confident about this next chapter with Grainger. :)

Wonderful Support from our Current Property Manager, Luke

Recently moved into an apartment in the King Docks Mill Apartments. It’s been a fantastic experience thus far; the furniture was replaced with new sets before we moved in. After we moved in, Luke our property manager introduced himself and assured us that whatever we needed we could rely on him. So far he has delivered on that promise 100%. He’s very responsive to emails and always willing to assist. For example, we recently bought a tv and the unit at the apartment was too small for the tv. When we approached him about this he swiftly assisted with a replacement with at no cost to us. I know we’ve only been here for a month but it’s promising to be a wonderful stay so long we remain with a wonderful team like Luke.

Naseem has been so lovely to us whilst we viewed the flats, she took her time showing us everything the building had to offer, and also been so patient and not pushy at all whilst we made our decision- can’t recommend enough. Thank you Naseem!

Viewed a property in Tilt works, Naseem has assisted me to view the property, she took me for the tour of the building, flat and all the other spaces in the building and she has done an excellent job in it. She was so patient at answering all my questions and queries about the space as well as related to reference checks.

It was a real pleasure meeting Naseem…

It was a real pleasure meeting Naseem in person . She is one of the nicest persons that I have met since I moved here to Sheffield.
She was really helpful and thorough and gave me every information that I needed to know.
I would like to thank Jessica Robson as well for her quick response and making our communication much easier.

The worst property management of all…

The worst property management of all time. We have received gaslighting, lying, pretending to be nice, never actually fixing a thing when repairs are needed and so much time wasting. This company is what is wrong with huge corporate companies, no heart, just pure greed. Really do not recommend anyone using the company.
