Maisie W at Grainger made the process of moving into our new flat painless in what is an increasingly difficult market! Answered all my questions quickly and diligently and it has genuinely been a quick and easy process, which is not necessarily my experience in the past. Thanks again!

Brilliant experience so far!

I haven't moved in yet but honestly the service has been incredible so far. Every step of the way they've been ahead of schedule and never left me waiting for anything! They've even gone out their way to ensure I can move in early. Thanks so much!

Great experience with the team at Grainger, they were more than helpful when my circumstances changed and had lots of patience during the application process. Second time in a Grainger property and I’d happily go through them for a flat again

I dealt with Deanne and she was fab. A lot of the other letting agents I have met have been a bit ‘all talk no action!’ But she replied super quickly to all our concerns and was always available for all our many questions!! Thank you :))

Maisie has been absolutely fantastic

Maisie has been absolutely fantastic throughout the sales process. She was able to confidently, and swiftly answer any question I had relating to the apartment at the viewing, even some tough questions that put her on the spot. Her professionalism, attentiveness and knowledge has been amazing. A big thanks to Maisie & team for making the process so smooth!

Fast and efficient service

Viewed a flat with Wesley in Tottenham Hale. Got a viewing the same day I called and secured the flat right after the viewing (they operate first come first served, meaning you don't have to bid against other offers). Communication was great throughout.

Recently moved in

Recently moved in. So far it has been a great experience. Lovely staff members and good facilities. From initial viewings with Deanne, who has been very helpful and responded promplty throughout the intial process. Staff members at reception have been really kind and helpful too. My only concern was a limited parking on-site but thats sorted as there is a car park right across- as i did not know about the area so was a bit skeptical to park there, i think its reasonably safe so far. Deanne still managed adding to the waiting list. All concerns have been well addressed. Jessica Howe-another amazing staff member, always replies promptly and is there to help whenever needed.

Fantastic Service

Maisie was extremely supportive throughout our letting experience. The process of arranging deposits, flat viewings and any other requests for information was made as seamless as possible and couldn't ask for more from Maisie and Grangers PLC. Highly recommend for other prospective tenants

Great lettings experience so far.

Our lettings experience with Deanne so far has been great. She has been helpful and quick to answer questions whenever we had any about prospective flats. I have found it particularly useful to have a direct WhatsApp number to message on. She was also very knowledgeable and friendly during the flat viewings we had.
So far I have been impressed with the service during the Tenancy Application.
