Service was quick and efficient but still waiting to hear back about a flaw on one of the slats on one of the blinds

Helpful staff and blinds look great. The headboxes definitely finish our roller blinds off so highly recommend! We chose the black headboxes with chrome ends to match our stove but you can get them in the same colour as your blind choice.

From initial quote through to final fitting, my experience as a customer was very positive. I was kept updated with progress all the way.

Scot was great and very helpful when he came to measure up; and Michael the fitter was excellent too. Very quick and efficient with a happy, smiling face...I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly all 3 blinds were fitted. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend them.

The day of fitting blinds and roller blinds , there was 1 young man doing the fitting, well mannered, quick tidy work, respectful of property.

It was around 2 weeks from my home visit to blind install.

Have used Grampian blinds on several occasions for every window in the house. Always excellent communication, always on time and they do a fantastic job. They are not cheap but worth the money in my opinion for the service.
