I'm afraid there is something very wrong here. I registered with them on 3rd February and after receiving the automated welcome emails there has been no communication whatsoever. I have emailed multiple times but no replies. I have scheduled a call for tonight so lets see if that happens. Otherwise, be warned that this company might have closed down and not to waste your money. I am, however, prepared to give the company the benefit of doubt and will remove this review if there was a genuine reason for such a long delay in communicating with me. Please be careful before parting with your money.

Update:
So after writing this review, Wes contacted me. He said that Instagram had changed its policies and his team were nearly ready to relaunch their new software.

After rescheduling our call twice, he disappeared and no longer responded to my emails. I have now cancelled my subscription and alerted my credit card company to freeze the charge.

The bad reviews are from people that are impatient. Gramthgrow works well but only if you're willing to post multiple times a week, find the right hashtags, and stick with it for a few months.

I really tried to give this service the benefit of the doubt because of the positive Trust Pilot reviews, but ultimately, it's been the worst of the bunch. It started with a 1-week delay from when I signed up because they had to make "algorithm changes".

The owner, Wes, kept promising me they'd hook up my account at a certain time but then it would come and go and he'd send another time. Wes was very short and condescending in his communication, and when I clarified the timing because of the issues we had, he told me to "let him concentrate on making good campaigns and not answering questions already on their website". I found that incredibly rude, but I thought, maybe he's having an off week, and maybe his service is still redeemable.

After his initial warm-up period came and went and I lost followers and engagement dropped to almost nothing, I reached back out and he then said it was my content. I've been with other services and have never seen my visibility drop this low, and I got much more engagement on content that was far worse than what I've shared recently.

Update: The information Wes took the time to add to as a comment to my review is 1,000 times more information than I received the entire 2 weeks after I signed up. I can provide screenshots of our conversations and timed time stamped emails confirming everything, but I don’t want to go there.

I’m not here to fight. I’m not here to have my proprietary information shared with strangers (something this company shockingly has no problem doing). I’m simply here to review Instagram services in accordance with their promises, for other people in search of the same services. I suppose the response shows you everything you need to know about the professionalism of this company.

I also encourage TrustPilot to keep this honest review up. I can supply screenshots and receipts to support the statements in my review. Within 24 hours of posting, the owner disputed this post, even though it does not violate Trust Pilot's terms of service.

Now I know why this company has such high ratings. It disputes the negative ones and gets them hidden. Buyer Beware.

UPDATE: Now 1 month after cancelling, they continue to charge me. I've had to dispute 2 charges now with my credit card.

Wes, the owner of GramthGrow is spectacular. Before hiring him, he made himself available to speak to me by phone to fully answer my questions and to listen to what I was looking for. He did not feed me full of inaccurate information or promise me things that I knew could not be delivered. Anyone who knows what it feels like to hand over the keys to your social media kingdom will be able to appreciate what he's capable of achieving.

Since hiring him, he has made a significant improvement on my social media accounts. He takes his time and does his research while developing a strategic plan that aligns with organic engagement so that the traffic that is driven to my page is authentic. He always goes above and beyond each month to check in with me and discuss any improvements that can be made on either end. The tools that he has developed and implemented for me to help me make my social media pages more successful has been extremely valuable. Every decision that is made, is made as a team. I really appreciate him making me feel like I'm his only client. His communication and genuine investment in making my pages successful are above and beyond anything I've ever had from a social media manger.

I highly recommend him and the services he offers to anyone that is looking to authentically build an audience in their niche, grow their brand, establish a platform and put together all of the tools necessary (media kit, ranking hashtags in a specific niche, competitor accounts to monitor, hero accounts to take tips from, building my website, tricks and trades to make my stories more appealing and visible, etc) so I can run my business the way I need to, without having to worry about the amount of time and work that is needed to make my social media presence successful. Thank you for making this initially overwhelming process a seamless, invigorating and successful journey.

When I first started I was super skeptical because I was nervous about bots and not getting good followers but I was wrong! I have had a wonderful experience with this! Ifs been nothing but good.

Amazing service. In a month's time of working with them, my engagement and following saw a steep increase. Being in the lifestyle and photography niches, it's quite thrilling to see the numbers rise the way they did, specially since they're super crowded niches. But they offered and they delivered every step along the way.
The service was also great since the people behind the strategy where constantly communicating with me and making sure my every need was met (instagram-wise). Delivered reports whenever i requested them, engaging in calls with me in order to work out any questions i might have, etc.
It's really an amazing service, delivering on what's promised and going even further.
