I am a professional violinist and I teach many students and change their strings regularly. A student recently bought a set of dominant strings from this website.
They are 100% cheap imitation.
Price was almost the same as if we had bought from a legitimate supplier.
I am thoroughly disgusted.

Long delivery not clear while ordering
I would have loved to know before ordering that the delivery could be as much as 30 days! It isn't very clear. Something to consider if you are in need of a product.

Do not buy anything from this company! They take your money and that is the last you will hear from them. If you try and contact them about not receiving your order, they never reply. I have been waiting weeks for my order and, according to the tracking, it hasn't even left China yet. That's another thing, they don't state that the product is being shipped from China.
They posted a reply to say that they sent a private message to sort out "the problem" - that was untrue as they most definitely did nor.

Still trying to get my money back
Still trying to get my money back or at least a replacement correct item based on wrong item sent which i waited for ages to recieve. Made a huge mistage buying from this website online so wanted to spread the message about this experience. Total waste of time, avoid at all lcost. They'll be replying back to this comment that customer satisfaction is their utmost riority, and here is one happy customer writing this review yet they have nothing to offer..
