EURCHFE closes before profit.
On June 20th, I bought EURCHFE 0.94881, which is the date of the announcement of the interest rate of CHFE, causing my EURCHFE to rise. We have several thousand affiliates, many of them named Oleg or something else. How can we separate one of them with just a few facts you provided? And we tried to get more information from Telegram channels. If it was Oleg's own channel, he blocked our requests. Channels of those who were tricked and robbed by Oleg also do not provide accurate information.

GRAND CAPITAL CANCELED MY $9000 PROFIT
Based on grand capital recent response to my last review, I don't know why you're are flagging my review that there is an harmful and illegal contents, for the first place, grand capital did not even have terms and conditions regarding 100% bonus you provided to clients when registering an account.
It is the 40% bonus that is officially binding on your website to clients, and you are aware of that.
I am here again to continuously add to my previous review based on the recent response of Grand Capital to my past review, I am fully ready for open dialogue and settlement with the management of Grand Capital if they are ready and willing to pay me back my hard earned profit.
The $9000 you are holding back from paying me is nothing to you compared to the damaged it is already causing to the name and brand of Grand Capital.
I believe a good name is better than riches put together, if the name of Grand Capital means value to the company and his placed with high esteem. They will do everything to protect their name from been rubbish and damaged,. As you know, one bad and negative review concerning a broker can tarnished and collapse the entire organization, I believe you don't want it to get to that point.
Grand Capital should just pay me back my money and I will stop all these review.
Once again I am here to add to my review becos of ur reply to my past post, suffice to say that no reliable broker will leave a higher leverage for traders to choose as an option if they don't want the traders to used that higher leverage.
By the way, why should I inform Grand Capital first of change of lower leverage to higher leverage when the provision is there?
A reliable broker that is not a scammer will draw the attention of her traders that he or she is not permitted to change leverage from 1:100-1:500.
So, for that reason of change, we are taking ur leverage back to the original 1:100. But Grand Capital did not sent me email regarding my change of leverage, hoping that I might lose my funds but the reverse was the case.
If I had made losses upon losses, would you have returned back my capital lost becos I changed from lower leverage to a higher leverage?
Grand Capital and the entire management team is not but a big scammers, you don't have integrity at all, 17 years of Grand Capital existence of defrauding her clients of their hard earned money,

However, whatever the additions, the explanation of the case is clear and simple: your profit did not come from fair trading, but from your fraudulent actions - trading with higher than allowed leverage, with 1:500 instead of 1:100.
At Grand Capital, when you start to open an account, a pop-up window 'Account settings' will automatically appear. It will not allow you to proceed and complete the account creation process unless you tick the following box: ‘I agree with the following terms and conditions: Client agreement, Risk disclosure, Terms and Definitions, NTO Regulation, RTO Regulation, Regulation of procession and effectuation of trading transactions for CFD contracts’.
According to the Client Agreement: ‘1.4. Registration of the Client in the Company’s “Private Office” (hereinafter referred to as the PO) at the Company`s website and expressing consent to the provisions of the Client Agreement by ticking the appropriate box in the process of registration are deemed unconditional and conclusive acceptance of the present Agreement’.
You have therefore accepted the above documents and all related terms and conditions, including the following article of the Client Agreement: ‘4.1. To carefully read and understand the present Agreement and Regulations he accepts, including documentation disclosing the trading-related risks. 4.2. To observe all provisions of the present Agreement and Regulations he/she accepted.’ Failure to read these documents and to familiarize yourself with the documents on which your trading depends does not excuse or relieve you of your responsibility to comply with the above terms and conditions.
Next: the key paragraph of the 100% Private Bonus Terms and Conditions states that: 'The leverage for the trading account that was chosen to participate in the promotion cannot exceed 1:100.', but you manually and discreetly increased it to 1:500.
Your arguments: ‘A reliable broker that is not a scammer will draw the attention of her traders that he or she is not permitted to change leverage from 1:100-1:500.’ and ‘By the way, why should I inform Grand Capital first of change of lower leverage to higher leverage when the provision is there?’ are invalid, as the following article of the Client Agreement, to which you agreed (see above), states: ‘2.7. The Company is not obliged to monitor current state of the Client’s financial operations and/or the Client’s account parameters...’. You could have asked about the maximum leverage at any time, but did not do so.
And here is where we come to the final most important article of the Client Agreement: ‘5.6 If the Company executed a Client's request or application and then discovered that a condition of the respective Regulation was violated, the Company has the right to cancel the operation and/or nullify its financial result’.
Ergo, you have violated all of these important points, and the profit you made was the result of an illegal act. Therefore, it has been removed from your account on the basis of the same terms and conditions that brokers use globally.
Again, only the unlawfully gained profit was written off. Your own deposited funds were returned to you in time upon the receipt on December 19, 2023.

Great bonus and trading conditions
I have been trading in this company since 2018.
Deposit and withdrawal is excellent. I had problems with payments with other companies but here I felt safe.
There are several types of accounts, but I prefer trading on an Islamic account.
They have an excellent bonus, and I have not encountered any problems with withdrawing from accounts with the bonus.
I also have an investment account in copy trading service. The profits are not great, but I am satisfied.
