Purchased a Grandma Shark sensor bin a couple of years ago. Everything was working until I changed the batteries and since then the bin hasn't worked. Contacted Granda Shark twice to see if there was a way to reset the sensor. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting on an acknowledgement of either email sent. This was my 1st and last time I'll use this brand. Poor quality items with even poorer quality service.
