I just wanted to share how ridiculous the withdrawal process still is for Ontario, since I went back to play
July 19, 2026 at 12:36pm eastern time - request withdrawal for $1,552.96. I set myself a reminder to check on the withdrawal at 12:36pm July 21st, since that is 48 hours.
July 19th, 2026 at 8:07pm eastern time - first withdrawal acknowledgement email from Grand Mondial. This is the fine print:
"Your withdrawal will remain in pending in your casino account for two (2) business days whilst we process it. During this time and until the time your withdrawal has been fully processed, you have the option to reverse it and continue playing using those funds. Log in to your casino account and select "Reverse Withdrawal" from the banking page.
Tap or click "Play Here" above to reverse your withdrawal.
If you do not reverse your withdrawal and 2 business days pass we will send you your funds on the next business day. Please be aware however that we are obligated to send some or all of your funds back to the previous cards and financial accounts that you have previously used to deposit with at the casino.

Current time in Australia: Wednesday, 22 July 2026 05:30 AM" Keep in mind this is 14 hours ahead of Ontario.
No matter what, the withdrawal can still be cancelled before it is sent to me. I mentioned in a previous review that since there is no way to revoke my access to reverse the requested withdrawal, Grand Mondial is definitely negligent in taking advantage of people who have a gambling addiction, by hoping the person will reverse all of the funds and play it back to lose it. I maintain this position. No other legal online casino in Ontario, other than one of the over 40 I have played, is this ridiculous with holding withdrawals. I previously won over $6000 from Grand Mondial and never saw a dime because of the ability to cancel withdrawals.
My last caveat was the payment team not processing the withdrawal while I was on a 2 day break. Other casinos still handle the requested withdrawal when the customer is on break. A customer should NOT have to contact support to still keep the withdrawal in progress if it is requested before the break is taken.
I am just between a rock and a hard place with this casino. The games are good but the withdrawal process for Ontario is absolute trash. There is no reason Casino Rewards cannot convert to payments within a day for Ontario, like the rest of our legal online casinos do. In the meantime, I expect to see the withdrawal I requested in my account by the time I wake up in the morning, essentially 3 days after I requested the funds. Hopefully they arrive.
