JUST DON'T DO IT! Amazing wedding but came with a lot of upset and stress.
Had my wedding here in April 2024. This organisation gave nothing but stress and upset for a period of 12 months in the run up to the wedding. Mis-selling from sales staff, poor organisation, client care and attention from planning managers, not caring about securing their car park and allowing cars to be vandalised by Wolverhampton FC football hooligans, not catering to people's food allergies and requesting extra payment for, not allowing the DJ to play music if it had bass in it because they were scared it would shatter their glazing, forceful sales stuff who will promise you the earth to try and get you to sign a contract only to then find out they lied about so many things and the company refusing to put it right. Whilst it's a lovely building and our event manager was amazing, sadly this isn't the venue people should really work with. It's nothing but stress and sadly management are the most unhelpful and rudest people ever encountered. My wedding day was a mixed bag of a lovely day where we smiled but also utter disappointment in how we got treated. This place is cheap to book weddings and now I know why it's cheap. It was just too good to be true.
