I participate on many sweeps sites. This is the bottom of the barrel. Took 3 days to verify, okay. Now waiting since 12-18-25 for my win. And since then, my daily bonus stopped also. Days later I get a notifications saying that my balance has been “updated to $37 due to no stake.” I wagered way more than I should’ve so there should’ve been no issues redeeming. I requested a redemption on Friday. Did not recieve an email stating they recieved my redemption request. I have emailed several times, to no avail have they responded. I had $4.00 in my account from log in daily bonus i decided to play. Chose Rival bigger cash wins as i have done pretty well at times wirh it on other sites. Set my spin amount at .25. made 2 spins and my balance said .50. Should have been 3.50.

I'm not sure if the individual sweeps casinos can influence the payout rate for games. if that's possible this one is certainly on hard mode; every game has no bonuses and you. After playing for a while I'm not even sure if it's worth the daily bonuses. The redemption tracker doesn't work well and customer support is non existent.
