Disgraceful and negligence

I am writing this email
I cannot believe you have left that poor woman with two young children and My niece is pregnant which you are aware of you let a property out to her knowing it has damp and has a damp for many years and all you do is cover up by painting over it that does not solve the problem that just covers up the damp for a short while this is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting I myself will be taking this to the ombudsman to let them know how incompetent how ignorant rude your company is and you state you have a 15 day policy with My niece spoke to them in July and now we’re coming to the end of September and nothing has been done all her children’s bedding is ruined her coats and shoes
How can you sleep at night knowing what this woman is going through and how it’s affecting her health and how she can be put into hospital her and the children because of your negligence
Absolutely disgraceful

ALL THERE PROPERTYS HAVE DAMP AND MOULD!!!!
