Chris and Danny arrived to start my kitchen very polite guys told me what was going to be happening then I left got back home and what a transformation excellent workmanship can’t believe the BIG difference it as made we had new worktop sink splash back and hob went from dark to lighter colour on worktop and it’s fantastic Chris and Danny where clean and tidy throughout and made sure there was no mess on leaving a job well done would recommend 110%

Love love love my new tops what a brilliant job they have done it has transformed my kitchen. This is the second time we have had them and they did.nt disappoint.I would highly recommend them, the staff are lovely and Chris who fitted ours was brilliant left everything lovely and clean.

So happy with the service, the quartz overlays have transformed our kitchen. Excellent team which is in house who care about their work. Would highly recommend.

The fitters arrived on time and were so lovely - kept my house as tidy as possible and cleaned up after themselves . I am thrilled with my new work tops and that have truly transformed my whole kitchen !

This company were brilliant from start to finish. They did a great job and cleaned up when finished. I now have a kitchen which looks brand new and so light. I have no problem in recommending them and already have had a friend requesting their details.

Derek arrived 45 mins late for appointment we were expecting at 09.00 claiming to have arrived earlier but didn’t think anyone was in so left, leaving me to chase via national call centre. Doorbell footage shows he didn’t bother to get out of his car to ring or knock. Called my wife the wrong name and then said he felt uncomfortable and was happy to leave when I said things got off to a bad start so let’s crack on and see if things improve. I will take my custom elsewhere and give my hard earned cash to a business that deserves it. Totally appalling customer service matching the rather sour experience from the salesperson in the showroom at the weekend. Shouldn’t be surprised things didn’t improve. Update: Unsurprisingly, the company response is also inaccurate - proved by the whole exchange caught on doorbell camera. Derek never offered to return and please don't insult my intelligence by justifying him not getting out of the car to ring or knock - how rude. I wouldn't have wasted my time by arranging the appointment for that time and certainly wasn't asleep. Poor excuse and response designed to cover up and justify such poor service. Lame.

A big thank you to the Trend Transformations team in Bolton: Chris, Dan, Dan, Derek, Kay, Polly and Sara. You all played your part in helping to turn my old, ill-fitting kitchen into an absolute showstopper of a room with stunning new worktops, full height splashbacks, cabinet doors, replacement appliances and gorgeous Karndean flooring. I can’t help but smile every time I go into the kitchen now!

I never ever use these sights but I feel I must leave Transformations a review.
The servise from start to finish with everybody was second to none. I never thought this level of professionalism still existed.
They covered the old worktops, moved the oven and replaced the hob in the kitchen and did a brilliant job, so tidy and courteous. Dani managed the whole thing and he was brilliant as was |Chris on the job.
They also renewed our en-suite shower and again was perfect.
I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Initially very excited but lots of errors in this process for an overall okay finish.
Poor communication: different deposit amounts requested initially, and a fitting date put in that wasn't arranged. Limited communication between fitters and office it seemed; emails not acted on.
Multiple issues with fitting - rushing us for dates, items sent to wrong place, short plinths (that were either wedged with board or not fixed at all), extra holes in brand new cabinet, screw visible in front of wall cabinet and pelmets/doors uneven. Multiple dirty footprints over worktops. Cabinet issues remedied when spotted but had sadly lost trust by this point.
Errors in invoices - had to inform of wrong items more than once.
Furthermore, response felt argumentative and a little rude when discussing these points on the phone.
Positively, they did cut an old shelf into 3, siliconed the tile edging and provided filters for the extractor, but overall a disappointing experience unfortunately.
I would not recommend I'm afraid.

From start to finish the service was amazing , the advice on what we needed to advice and help with choosing the doors etc , we had a mixture of new units and doors replaced , the quality of the work due to the anazing fitters was first class nothing was too much trouble ,cannot recommend Trend enough

I am so happy with the Quartz Overlays that have been fitted on my existing shabby worktops. It has brightened up and made the kitchen look more modern. Everyone who came from Danny to measure up and quote, Kyle who did the template and lastly Dan who fitted it were so friendly and helpful. Dan was on his own and worked non stop and finished on same day before 4.00pm. His workmanship is excellent and I can’t be happier! My husband has Alzheimer’s and having this done in 1 day without having to empty my cupboards was why I chose this also had a new sink fitted as well, which is lovely!

From the first visit Derek was very clear on exactly what the quote would cover. He even came back as I had change of colour. The day of the fitting two fitters came and worked all day. Amazing transformation love it would highly recommend Derek and his team in Bolton
