Granite Transformations have indeed transformed my grubby kitchen into a pristine workspace.The quartz worktops are lovely ,clean looking ,solid and classy,so is the new hob. Team were very professional friendly, flexible with my tight daily schedule. Everything was done on time as per contract with a smile. Highly recommend their customer service,they being my local town British Business,making a real difference ,all in a day. The product has a gurantee for 10years ,supplied with information how to maintain my worktops too. I will definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends.

Overall very pleased with my new kitchen worktops, sink and tap. Initial contact and fitting was very good. However, resolution to rectify loose fitting tap wasn’t great. Four non returned calls over two weeks was disappointing and very annoying. Eventually the problem was fixed.

Delighted with the wonderful transformation of our kitchen, had doors/panels fitted to our dated kitchen and utility room. Lisa kept us updated throughout the process from start to finish and Mark our superb estimator and fitter answered all our questions with care. Exceptional attention to detail from Mark on the fitting, always leaving the area clean and tidy. Absolutely love the finished result. It looks just like a brand spanking new kitchen, can not recommend Tunbridge Wells branch highly enough. If you are wanting a new kitchen without the cost of new cabinets and the disruption of ripping out, check GT out you will not be disappointed.

Worktop is lovely
Worktop is lovely. Sink looks great but the tap is only good for mains water feed. The tubing feeding the tap is only 4.4mm diameter making it pretty useless for household gravity feed. So I need to get a new tap or a small pump.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear that you are happy with the new worksurface and the overall appearance of the sink area.
Following your comments about the tap, we arranged for our fitter to return to review everything on site to ensure the installation was correct. After checking the installation, we confirmed that the tap and sink were fitted correctly and that there are no faults with the products supplied or the workmanship.
The difference you are experiencing is due to the water pressure in the property rather than the installation itself. Your previous tap had a much lower spout height, whereas the replacement tap has a higher neck. With gravity-fed systems, this can sometimes make the flow appear weaker because the water has to travel slightly further upward before exiting the tap.
Unfortunately, this is a characteristic of the property’s water system rather than an issue with the sink, tap or installation. As discussed, possible solutions would be installing a tap similar to the original.
We always aim to go the extra mile for our customers, which is why we arranged a return visit to investigate the concern. If you would like help choosing a tap better suited to your water pressure, we would of course be happy to assist. Warm regards Steve and the team.
What a transformation!
What a transformation!! My kitchen was originally installed about 16 years ago. I felt it had got particularly dull and tired. This dull dark winter has not helped. I couldn’t afford to have the cupboards replaced but thought it would be a good idea to have the existing black granite covered with a light covered granite and I chose stardust in the hopes that it would make the kitchen brighter and generally give it a lift. Well mission accomplished! Communication and updates were brilliant, reliable and timely. The whole process from quote to fitting was done and dusted very quickly. Thanks to the whole team at Granite Transformations and particularly to the fitters - lovely job thank you so much!!
