It was a pleasure to use Granite & Trend Transformations. From the initial visit to give me a quote to the actual installation everything was handled in a very clear efficient manner.

I got quotes from three companies and this company’s quote was the lowest, which did influence me but it also had, I felt, the best reviews. I was not disappointed.

The timeframe for the work to be carried out was easy to arrange and everything happened at the agreed time.

Alex arrived at 8.30am to fit the worktops, a new sink and hob. He completed the job in a day and paid meticulous attention to every detail. What a hard worker, he is a huge asset to this company. The results are excellent and even better than I envisaged.

Excellent service cannot recommend them highly enough.

Quick, efficient and great value for money. I had a new fridge due to be installed in the morning by JLewis before the countertops were due to be replaced. JLewis were very late, Alex of GT patiently (and calmly) waited for them to finish so great customer service too.

I was really disappointed with my experience today. I travelled almost two hours to visit what I believed was Granot Transformations’ Watford showroom, based on the address listed on their website. However, when I arrived, I discovered that the showroom simply doesn’t exist at that location: Unit 1, Trade City, Thomas Sawyer Way, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD18 0GS.

I phoned the company to clarify whether they had moved or if I had the wrong details, but the person I spoke to seemed more focused on filling in an enquiry form than actually answering my question. He eventually said he would try to put me through to the branch, no one picked up, and then told me they would call me back “by the end of the day.” I explained that I was sitting outside the address at that very moment and couldn’t just wait indefinitely, but there was no real effort to resolve the situation.

It was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Providing out-of-date or misleading information on their own website is unprofessional, and the lack of urgency or customer care when I called left a very poor impression. Unfortunately, this isn’t the kind of service that gives me confidence in dealing with a company, and it has put me off pursuing them further.

Delighted with our new worktops/sink /taps /hob. Feels like a completely new kitchen . The initial consultation with Peter was great - not at all pushy, but very helpful. Such a clever idea- and the workmanship behind the scenes must be good .

We had been looking for a new kitchen worktop for a while and couldn't have a real quartz or granite top due to the weight as we have a 120cm length of top that isn't supported underneath by cabinets. We came across Granite Transformations who supply a resin/granite type of skin that sits over your existing worktops which was a lot lighter and cheaper so was ideal for us.
From the initial enquiry to the survey and installation, it was all carried out promptly and expertly. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service which was second to none.
The product quality is outstanding and Alex, who surveyed and fitted the top, was charming and professional - he was able to see any issues and correct them to suit and carried out the whole installation in just a day.
I would highly recommend this product and company.

The expertise Alex showed whilst creating the template and then refitting my kitchen worktop from s very abysmal wooden type to a beautiful Royal Ivory granite worktop was a sight to behold! He is,a first class craftsman and I am delighted with the results!

A big thanks to Peter, Alex and the team at Granite Transformations Watford for a superb job on our galley kitchen. Units were about 20 years old with most of the doors falling off the rusted hinges. It now looks brand new. We spoke with a number companies who provide a refacing/refresh service, Peter was by far the most reassuring and realistic about what could be done in the space within budget. Also like that they have a local showroom with plenty of different options for fronts, handles and styles to visit and choose from.
Alex then did an immaculate job with the fitting. Consummate professional, the definition of measure twice and cut once (or probably more like measure half a dozen times, contending with our totally uneven floors and walls and tight spaces. Even managed to fit our integrated dishwasher cover without the need to source costly custom part from Miele. Have seen plenty of chippies in the past who would have bodged the job or made do and mend - none of that here. He is an absolute credit to his profession. Can't recommend highly enough.

I am absolutely delighted with my new worktops - they are a beautiful product and the craftmanship that goes into fitting them is incredible. Really friendly team and extremely trustworthy. I wish I could give 5 stars but unfortunately my kitchen was damaged when my old upstands were removed - I was advised this may happen but thought that it would be repaired if damage was sustained. This wasn't the case and I had to instruct someone to carry out remedial works (costing nearly £300 including materials). I would wholehearedly recommend, just be aware that if damage is incurred you will need to factor it in to your budget or make repairs yourself, if possible.

The replacement doors and drawers were well fitted and are good quality and a lovely colour. They certainly make the kitchen look fresh and new. The fitting was all done quickly and the fitter was very tidy.
Just one replacement trimming by the cooker doesn't look very professional, because a small hole was just covered over with a piece of tape,and the tape didn't really stick down. Might have been better polyfilled first. However it is out
of sight when the door is closed.

Very pleased and genuinely impressed by the impact of the hydra white worktops and splash-backs, matt denim unit and door replacements plus good offer on the Blanco sink and tap. The kitchen is so much brighter and easy to clean. Alex completed the work in exactly the 3 days he'd planned, aiming for perfection in everything he did. Can't recommend Granite Transformations highly enough.

I had granite overlay on my bathroom tops. It looks fantastic, the work is perfection just so happy with it. Makes my bathroom look bigger and brighter. Also had granite fitted behind hob. Again an amazing job done to perfection. No mess respected my house and professional. I would highly recommend.
