Order a pair of prescription sunglasses on 17th July and still not received. I’ve emailed a few times and no response. I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my money...

Ordered a month ago. After receiving confirmation of my order I have heard nothing more. Three emails to their customer services have been ignored. Looks like I've been scammed.

I ordered a sunglass before 14 days and still didn’t receive it. Knowing that it’s mentioned that it’ll be delivered within a week. They didn’t even answer when I contacted them.
Granoptic u either deliver the product or I want a refund asap 😡😡

Utter scam, ordered sun glasses (order number 605691) on the 21st of January sent 5 emails had no reply. Stolen my mine and many others money

Horrible costomer service . Ordered a pair of glasses with number order 608045 and wanted to find out how long to wait for them.
On the website it says that not more then 5-7 days delivery to UK. There is no news about my order.
I would like my money back, and don't know how to contact them .
There is an costumer service email, and I have sent loads of emails for information, there was no reply.

DONT BUY IT.

My order was made 7th July and like most others have received no sunglasses and more frustrating no explanation after trying to contact them many times. They totally ignore you. The only thing they do efficiently is grab your money. I now have the pain of getting my money back from credit card company Avoid to save yourself the misery of dealing with the his company

Useless thieving company. Wouldnt even have given 1 star if there was an option. They are bloody crooks and inwishni'd read these reviews before I parted with £218

I ordered a pair of sunglasses on the 27th July 2018. I received an order acknowledgement from Gran Optic by email, but since then no updates or contact. I have emailed Gran Optic a few times since, but no updates.
I actually ordered from Gran Optic a year ago and had a good experience. Product arrived in time and in good order. Having looked at other reviews for this company on this site, it is clear that this company is in trouble, but they continue to accept orders which is fraudulent. I'll now contact my bank to see whether I can get some redress as I ordered by credit card. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Two orders made from Gran Optic - 607241 and 598584. I have tried several times to get in contact with the company but have received no replies. Over £200 has been taken from my account but have been waiting nearly 2 months without replies and no products have been received.

Do not use this company.

stole my money, fortunately I paid via credit card so will claim a full refund. Scam merchants DON NOT USE THIS SITE

How is this company still trading?! Everyone has claimed to have not received their items- myself included. I ordered glasses on 24th June and heard nothing from them since.

ordered some sunglasses and heard absolutely nothing from the company. only just reading these reviews now. am gutted. £80 wasted! need to shut this company down immediately!!

I am still waiting for my sunglasses ordered three weeks ago. I have emailed numerous times and tried to contact their customer chat service with no response. It seems like this company is a fraud. I will need to get my bank to chase for a refund unless I hear from Granoptic this week. £90 lost. DO NOT USE!

Rip off scam no glasses recieve and no responses to emails or phone calls.

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses on 27th July. I chased twice via email, no response at all. Really disappointed. Is this a scam or simply a terribly run business? Either way, they have my money and I have nothing.

They should be shut down. I can’t believe they’re allowed to trade in the EU.

Ordered from Gran Optic on July 12th 2019. Money taken out of my account on 16th July and still not received goods. Sent a few emails but not had any response.

I didn't see these reviews before I bought my sunglasses - I actually found some decent reviews that made me buy them ( from UK site). However 3 months later the order is still "with manufacturer". There has been 0 contact from them about this even when I have emailed them several times. There is no phone number that I can call to speak to someone. They say they have online chat but they don't. Its a web form that sends them an email. It's incredibly frustrating and totally not acceptable business practice. I agree with the other reviews - report them to the authorities and get them out of here! It's basic courtesy to let us know what is going on with the order whatever the situation is. I don't even know why they are on Twitter - they don't reply to that either. I am in good mind to contact their CEO.

Please do not buy from them unless you want to lose money, wait forever for nothing to turn up, waste your time getting frustrated/angry/upset/etc and of course wait for no response.

Do yourself a favour. Do not try them. They might have some good deals but if it's not honoured in any way, what's the point?

Never again.
