Keep your hands off this casino!

ENGLISH:

This is an absolute scam! I waited over 3 weeks for a payout—nothing happened! Then I requested another payout, and it was canceled again! That’s when I’d had enough of the nonsense this casino pulls—canceling withdrawals and giving you the runaround! They advertise 3 business days for payouts, but that’s completely false!

Avoid this casino at all costs! Do not play here. Support keeps saying, "Everything is fine, the money will be transferred tomorrow," but then nothing happens. As I said, after 3 weeks, the withdrawal was canceled, and the whole nightmare started again.

Keep your hands off this casino!

I submitted two withdrawals on July…

I submitted two withdrawals on July 20th and 21st, and it's now been 6 business days with no payment.

Support keeps repeating the same scripted lines: “your withdrawal is in the final stage” and “please be patient.” I’ve heard this for days. Nothing gets processed.

. No KYC was requested. No valid reason was given for the delay. I feel ignored and misled.

I don’t recommend using this casino if you care about getting your money out in a reasonable time.

Nope. You'll not get nothing back.

I played last Christmas won £230 and surprised it paid out. So when people angry that they didn't pay I thought I got mine. They must.

Wrong! Recently couldn't believe my eyes I won £3500 and so easily in Fishin Frenzy! I then find out withdrawal limit is £500. Even though bank transfer says max withdrawal £1000.

That was on the 3rd July I won. A couple £200 withdrawals were still "under review" a week later so I thought I try the withdrawal method I tried at Christmas. So on the 9th July I withdrew £500....it's still "under review" 3 weeks later!

Any chat attempts (which feel like AI bots if you ask me) tell me they sorry and there's a delay and with prioritize me and they embarrassed about the delay issues. Every time. What casino takes 3 weeks to review a withdrawal before it's to be processed. A bloomin dodgy one that's what. I got lucky at Christmas that's why I tried again. That 3500 woulda done me good. Sorted me out. Geez I'd be happy with getting the first £500 and running. That would still do me good. But nah I'm never gonna see it. They won't be even be at your funeral!

Avoid.

Very disappointing

I am awaiting a withdrawal now for 4 days it’s still sat in my account awaiting approval, I have emailed with no response and chatted to the live chat and told to be patient. Even though it’s advised the withdrawal processing time is 1-3 working days (Monday -fri) this hasn’t happened.

I have literally just had a call from my banks FRAUD DEPARTMENT telling me someone from this website is stealing my money or diverting it to another company.

They are absolute criminals. NOT REGULATED in the UK, based out of the Marshall Islands wherever the fk that is.

Every time you deposit with them a different company name comes up on your bank statement. That should ring MASSIVE alarm bells.

In several months they have NEVER paid me any of my withdrawals. Rather wait for me to spend the money again. Just realised there is no frkkn way I want them to have my photo idea particularly after they are dipping into my account. I deposited 120pounds and 2 payments for the same amount came out of my bank.

Also they NEVER close your account or stop sending you text an emails. Absolute filth

Good site

Great site good bonuses available. Fast and easy deposit withdrawals have always been processed in 1-3 days.
Only complaint i have is the 500€ daily withdraw limit which hasn't been a real problem sofar as my biggest withdrawal has been 2k sofar.

I have requested 15times for permanent…

I have requested 15times for permanent closure of my account under self-exclusion. Despite my previous requests, you have repeatedly failed to act and instead have continued to send me bonus offers, which is not only unacceptable but highly irresponsible and despicable. I want my account to be closed immediately. I’m at a loss at how to ensure this happens.
As previously reviews have stated the same issues with the company the only option left is to report you to gaming authorities and regulations and to use these platforms to inform others of how unethical your company is.

Dont give rewards

I played in a tournament came 2nd. Waited days for my reward to then be told I won't receive anything due to not enough participants. I wagered a fair amount if you not gonna reward the people who played we deserve what we wager back

Still no response. Love to ignore people..
Honestly not even like the reward was money it wad points

Withdrawal process is very slow and money keeps disappearing for days.

Currently waiting for withdrawal of 1500x2 for 6 days.

No news!! Likely bad news.
