Way to go Cardone Team!!, I am one of your new partners, or I would say student, who is wanting to be guided on real estate business, so I voluntarily subscribed on your program. The information today alone is priceless which I know I will learn more and digest it as I go... I know I also need to do my part, coz it is not just listening and assuming other people to do the work for me.. so let's get started!!!

Tried to do sales training with them and the sales call was so bad I would never buy sales training from their sales people. This should of been an easy sale my partner wanted to buy it, but I wanted to talk 1st. He opens with pricing. I explain i have a contract already to sign, I just want an overview of it and to see how its relevant to our marketing agency. I asked them for relevant videos and relevant examples. He said ok let's meet and review tomorrow. Next day he starts at the beginning again. No homework did nothing. We literally were going to buy but the sales person selling was so bad at sales I would never buy sales training from them. Then on the realestate side. 1st the video was just a sales video not helpful, then we have a meeting for another shot and they invite my VP of sales instead of managing partner. Then they start calling our mom. I am now threatening to report them for harassment if they dont stop. Who even calls someone's parent ?

Scam. Don't trust them.

Once they get your info they will reach out NON. STOP. I have asked about a dozen times to be unsubscribed and have responded "stop" and still receive texts and emails... it's completely ridiculous. I don't care what he offers anymore, trust has been lost.

I purchased Grant Cardones products and found they were not what I was looking for.
After several emails the staff were very understanding and refunded the products that were not what I was looking for.

The course was a very high ticket selling and would be great when I have my business up and running.

I signed up and paid $139 for a 10X marketing class. I had to cancel and appreciate that they were super nice and canceled me without any problems I definitely will try him again in the future

Never received Grant Cardon's gift card products that I had selected. from all the $297 Gift card products, just received a baseball hat. :-)

I purchased the the 10X Marketing Courses for only 69$ Dollars. Especially for the Instagram part.
The tips the teacher gave where good, of course nothing ground breaking. I also threw an eye on the other courses and they are good too. I mean... its 70 bucks what do people expect?
Overall not a bad choice, but since i thought it will be Grant teaching this stuff, i have to give 4 out of 5 instead of 5.

PS. If you are new to business or a mindset-guy just buy his 10X-rule book. Its good

This letter shall serve as a formal and legally documented complaint and demand for a full refund in the amount of $5,000.00, paid by me for what was marketed and sold as a “Real Estate Investors Coaching Program.”

The program was represented as including 24 months of access, various course materials, call recordings, and investor tools. In reality, I was only provided with limited access for a few months, and none of the substantive materials that were advertised—including the call recordings or extra courses—were ever made available to me.

This constitutes a clear case of bait-and-switch marketing, material misrepresentation, and failure to deliver services promised, and therefore I am asserting my legal right to a full refund under applicable consumer protection laws.

I explicitly reject any offer of in-store credit or additional access to your services or platforms. I also decline any further phone contact from your representatives, and request that all communications regarding this matter be made via email only to this address.

Furthermore, I have revoked the prior “positive” review of your services, which I was pressured into writing by one of your sales agents. That review was not written in good faith, nor did it reflect my actual experience. I am in the process of removing that review and replacing it with this complaint to ensure that the public is accurately informed.

I read many bad reviews but have to tell I got great experience with Cardone University.

I trained from 2020 - 2024 and bosted my sales exremely and dominated my sector and area. Thanks to Grant training.

Itnis really up to you, how you use the training the skills and keep practicing everyday. I was running construction companies.

Be Aware, It’s Fruad course scam

I just attended 3 days event and they offer me course of 7 Figure accelerator with one on one coaching, but I found to sell course they just lie to you it’s one on one when it’s Group coaching calls.

I ask to cancel and refund my money same day in 2 hours but now they are not listening and giving 10s of excuses and they charge me without my concern, they are scammers

I am responding to a few comments I read about Cardone's 10x. I have seen significant sales success just from Grant Cardone's free content, which suggests that the full 10x method could be highly effective. This program provides essential tools and frameworks, but the groundbreaking factor is your commitment and hard work. While respecting individual opinions, it's interesting when someone acknowledges the quality of a product yet still seeks a refund to pursue another option. It seems counterproductive to benefit from one system only to move on without commitment. Think about it!

Some said, you could find those learnings online. You can find any learnings online! Do you think that makes traditional education less relevant? LOL

I wish I could give it no stars. While I think Cardones 10x is good I decided to go with pace morby gator system. In the zoom Grant said we could get a refund in 30 days, but now they are trying to make me purchase something in his store instead. All I want is to be refunded what was guaranteed. That's it.

I have never been so disrespected in my life. Stand up and walk away. They locked me into a 3 year commitment for something I already had, telling me it was something different it’s $450 per month. The trainings were so terrible even though I implemented it exactly how they suggested. I kept going with the trainings with my team as well as being supportive and my team literally quit because they hated these modules so much and didn’t want to work at a practice if this is the way we were going to do things. It made me realize too how much I hated that part of my business, so we closed that aspect, once I was going to have to rebuild all of it anyways.

I talked to the employees at Cardone about this, and that I am now a full time mom- they aren’t helping me get out of my commitment they are just telling me that for me to end I have to pay out.

I can guarantee you, if this was a car I never would have bought it.

I already had this training. They 10000% knew that, lied and locked me in. I can’t even believe how terrible this company and the people are in it. I believed in them, went in 10374% and all it did was make my business crash and burn until I threw it to the side, and ran the business I always did and was barely able to save it.

Never give this company your money.
I bought another one of their courses and it wasn’t helpful at all.
It’s just a foot in the door for them to call you and badger you into more sales.
Just say no.

Personally felt after using this product that there wasn't anything ground breaking to it.

The sales methods are nothing that you wouldn't pick up on your own if you worked in a productive office and paid attention to the big closers.

There also isn't anything you couldn't find by reading and/or watching videos that are available for free online.

That being said, the courses are well organized and your team can learn by doing these courses and it gives you some structure to make sure they are putting effort in to improve their skills but I feel that if you have to force someone to do these courses they probably aren't the most motivated in the first place.

People that REALLY want to succeed will read and watch training videos on their own time like I did throughout my whole career.

Is it worth it?

It could be- you can write off the training and if you use it properly it works.

Just know that if unforeseen financial circumstances arise they most likely will not be understanding. They will not work with you. They will send you to collections if for some reason you cannot pay.

Be sure that if you decide to sign up that you read the contract and don't listen to your sales rep if they say they are forgiving and that they will work with you because there is a specific clause in the contract stating that verbal promises made to you will NOT be honored.
