Wines Never Received Months After Paying

I placed an order on November 18, 2022 for a case of wine. After a month it was not received, saying that the wine was back ordered. I, like many others, can never speak with a real person on the phone. It's a bunch of emails back and forth, from someone named Volter Tsap and another person named John Caplan that the wines will be shipped "next week".

I've ordered $977 worth of wine online…

I've ordered $977 worth of wine online from Wine Parity in September, 2022. This is another business name for Grapes Wine, Grapes, with same address. After few weeks of not receiving the order, I called and left a voicemail and an email. I have never been able to talk with someone on the phone. They emailed back and said it’s on backorder and promised to ship it end of the week. I waited couple more weeks but nothing happened so I called and emailed again and told them I want to cancel the order and asked for a refund. After several attempts and writing a review on BBB, the director at Wine Parity, Rob Russo, responded by saying that particular wine is unavailable so he will refund my money. That was November, 2022. It's January 22, 2023 now and I still have not received a refund.
Be careful with Wine Parity/Grapes Wine/Grapes!

I placed orders on 10-21-2022 for $275.88 and 11-09-2022 for $395.88. As of today (1-11-2023) neither has delivered and my account on their website shows "processing". I have reached out to their customer service at least 3 times and was assured the wine would ship soon. I too was under the impression the wine would deliver before Christmas. I purchase wine on line frequently but would never order from this company again. Many other reputable firms to choose from.

Horrible company! Don’t order from here!!!

Spent roughly $245 on 3 bottles of wine. I emailed stating that if the wine wouldn’t arrive by Christmas Eve that I needed to cancel the order, they assured me that it would arrive no later than 12/24. Received an email from UPS 2 days later that it would arrive 12/28, 4 days later than they said and after I needed it for my Christmas Eve family celebration. I emailed again and heard NOTHING. Then I get an email from UPS that the items were damaged in transit and discarded. I again emailed them with documentation of my previous several attempts to reach them via email AND 3 unanswered phone calls to customer service. I demanded a full refund and finally received a response from 3 different individuals. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! horrible customer service.

I wish I had read other reviews first

I wish I had read other reviews first. One month since purchase/charge and no shipment progress.The competitive prices were tempting, but the lack of action and poor communication is inexcusable. I have tried to reach out multiple times for updates and received nothing of substance. Left emails, voicemails and chat messages seeking shipment status. An acknowledgement of a chat message but nothing else. Eventually had to challenge the credit card expense.

Charged my credit card, but never shipped wine. Poor communication.

Ordered a case of a Malbec blend on July 4, 2022. Credit card was charged the next day. After waiting for three weeks I emailed to ask about my order and was promised it would ship in the next couple of days. Two weeks later (after I'd discovered that my credit card had already been charged) I sent another email with a request for a credit to my Visa card and a threat that I would initiate a chargeback with Visa if I had not heard back from them within 24 hours. 48 hours later: Chargeback initiated. AVOID Grapeswine and Wine Parity.

The website was pretty easy to navigate. I was looking for Malbec wines from Argentina in a moderate price range. It would be nice to have more ratings listed. Many did not have have any ratings.

Ordered a 2018 Joel Gott Cabernet after…

Ordered a 2018 Joel Gott Cabernet after sampling locally. They delivered a case of 2019, which is substantially inferior. This was 6 weeks after ordering!
We called and talked to them 3 times. They told us we would be refunded and they scheduled a pickup time and date. We waited all day they never showed. We were not refunded. BEWARE! They will ship you anything if they are out, without notifying you. I would give them ZERO STARS if possible.

I placed an order 2 months ago and have not received my shipment. I called last month and they said it would ship that week. This is a dishonest company and is probably a scam - I wish I would have checked them out prior to placing an order…..BBB here I come….

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Grapeswine aka Wine Parity are either crooks, totally incompetent, or both. Would give a zero if possible. I made a big order with them (over $5,000) nine months ago and still do not have closure. They have sent me the wrong wine multiple times, the wrong vintage multiple times, sent to the wrong address multiple times. I have asked for a refund and not gotten it. They make excuses, stall and flat out lie. It's unimaginable they are still in business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Fraudulent

Don't buy here. I placed an on-line order on 1/19/21, never received the product, cancelled the order, called customer service, emailed, never got a credit. I have now reported this outfit.

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
I placed an order on January 18, 2021. I was promiswed my wines in 10 business days. After waiting for almost 2 weeks, I called and was told that the wines were out of stock (even though thtas not what was showing in the website). I was promised a credit to my credit card. After many days I called again and was told I would be getting a check in the mail Two weeks later and NOTHING. Now they dont even answer the phone nor my emails. I filed a complaint with the BBB and also called my credit card to see if they can give me a credit. Guy I spoke to said his name was Dave. TOTAL FRAUDULENT COMPANY

STAY AWAY!!!

STAY AWAY!!!! DO NOT ORDER. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR WINE. YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE! I JUST CALLED AMEX TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE. We ordered on 1/4/21. Shortly after we order we had a fraudulent charge on our card. Someone tried to charge over $700 at a grocery store. It never went through. RUN AWAY - IT IS A SCAM.
