Paying a premium price for a mediocre product
It WAS one of the best brands. I bought every product they made. Design is ok, but I like the innovative material.
Most of the products are alright, but I have a problem with the first versions of shirts, where seamless design is awful here. Basically a gum tape glues the shirt together. As I was afraid of, the glue doesnt hold.
Coming from from a golf session, holes under the armpit, contacted support, they exchanged for the first time. But the same happened with other tshirts that I bought, they refused to comply with their "lifetime guaranty".
The production cost of these are so low (cut, glue together, done). Paying a premium price for a mediocre product

Buy well pays off long term.
I have numerous products from trousers, tshirts, jackets and underwear. Graphene is NOT a gimmick and all my purchases still look new after heavy use over many years.
My Tshirts recently failed with the seemless stitching and I complained as I expected these items to last over ten years even though a lifetime guarantee is provided.
Fantastic customer service looked into my complaint and sent new replacements with no hassle.
Buying well pays off.

When shipping globally, the company tries to "optimise" customs duties by issuing a fradulent invoice with a product price that is much lower than in reality, leaving the buyer to deal with the fallout. Beware.

The worst trousers I ever bought
The worst trousers I ever bought. I don't know on what models do they make site L? Should I weight 120kg so trousers would fit in me? I'm 80kg and they are 2 size too wide on waist. Material is disaster. When I walk I sounds like a robot. And they made these for all seasons. Who would wear this in summer is really a mazohist because they are mostly like ski trousers.
