i put in an order nearly a month ago and when i went to track my parcel it said it gad been delivered last December so i contacted grasscity to fix the issue they sent me out a new tracking number but the parcel hasn't moved sice the 27th its currently the 4th right now. ive had orders from china come quicker and im in Europe if i receive the package il change my review but i don't think its worth the hassle

I got this dab rig a week ago but when I put the banger on the part for the banger just fell of completely from the dab rig. When I reached out they told me to handle with care but as I said all I did was to put my banger on it, which you need to do to smoke out of it.
Customer service is terrible, unbelievable that they don't accept faulty product that 300C banger just fell off and they don't care! You better off with products even from China websites.
Cancelled order, stolen payment
Basically got scammed, tried to put order , credit card payments option wasn’t going through, been forced to use their crypto payment, paid, waited 5 days , received email saying that , my order is cancelled, wrote them email,for better understanding you just CANT REFUND CRYPTO PAYMENT WITHOUT PROVIDING THEM WALLET INFORMATION, nobody refunded me anything - 100% scam just taking ur money, and thats it , hope this can reach as many people as it can - AVOID GRASSCITY FRAUD COMPANY

It is unbelievable how such people legally swindle in the center of Europe! I have no order and no money! Contact attempts end with excuses and lies. Unfortunately I did not check the reviews earlier. Now I know why they have absolutely no shipping information like a real store. Typical fraud!

Bought an attachment as a present for a friend and the glass is defective.. was moulded BADLY like amateur level! It didnt fit a standard 14.4mm part. Upon emaling them to replace this as its 100% there item is defective they replied:
Sadly, since the item has been used already, you can no longer return it, and we cannot provide replacement for this item.

bought a glass piece off these lot and although i haven’t ripped it yet, it does seem like it’s extremely good quality for the price i paid for it. was like 30 quid and it looks and feels really nice. came quick enough (about 1.5 weeks) and they even included a couple freebies like a doob tube n skins so that’s pretty sick lol

Selling B-Ware as A-Ware
Got a ROOR Bong without Signature, wrong Logo size and broken "made in Germany". Everyone is thinking it is a fake one. ROOR says it's original. This is what ROOR's Acceptable Quality Limit is - not existing. By complaining i got yelled at the phone by ROOR. Not ROOR nor Grasscity is willing to refund or at least to compensate the work i had and have with them. This is ridiculous. AVOID !!

Ordered on the third of February, and received my piece a week later on the tenth, shattered in pieces. They reached out to route for me, who quickly reached me and tried to solve the problem, fair enough. They were not able to replace it since it had since then come at a discount. (fairly certain it had not, since the other identical products were still discounted) I chose something else, no problem. Only took them 10 more days to actually ship the replacement. If you would like your piece when you grow old and die, then this is the place to shop. And yes I do realize that it is not Grasscitys fault in its entirety, but they use them for insurance and shipping, and it's lacking big time.

Pathetic shipping and tracking.
I placed my order for a vape in mid January and still haven’t received it.
The tracking shows status unavailable since 5 days after the order.
Customer service cannot tell me where the order is and cannot investigate it even. I have been chasing for the refund and there is no confirmation on that either.
Grasscity should close their shop if they cannot deliver orders in the EU.
Will wait for a week and then would take a legal route in the consumer court.

I have ordered and paid for the order no 2nd Dec they said I'm gonna be receiving it by the 6th. And then carrier company decided my address was not correct! I have packages delivered to same address from all companies including this one! They told me that they have returned the order. And grasscity send me the order back. And the same company still thought my address was not correct. Now Grasscity tells me that they have proof that I have received the package but if you track package carrier company says that they have returned the item to the sender! It was an 600 euros order. I deeply regret. I hope they will read the track carefully and refund my money I will never shop from here ever again!! Please don't buy anything from this company. They are not doing business they are trying to fool anyone they find.

This is my 3rd order, and second that seems to have gotten lost.
I had the worst experience when I ordered a RooR bong for my son.
Took close to a month to get here, and then taken my son was not registered as living there (taken it's his GF dad's house) they decided to have it sent back to country of origin. They did make it right, but took freaking forever.
So much for getting anywhere close to his Birthday!
Now I order 2 down stems and their tracking says it got sent here days ago, going on a week, and no tracking # for USPS.
They tell me to wait for a month 😡!

Absolutely the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Placed an order on the 5th of march order was shipped out in a timely fashion on 8th of march. I then get a tracking update from the shipping company that due to grasscity not registering the delivery, that the order will not be shipped to me. I contact grasscity multiple times to solve the issue and have the delivery registered. They don't get back to me, and I continually have to email them to try to get a response. Finally after over a month of waiting for my order trying to get a response from them, they cancel it without my approval, without offering any sort of solution. Complete waste of time and terrible customer service. Hoping I even get my money back at this point. Avoid at all costs if you ever want to get your items, have a responsive customer service, and get solutions when they make mistakes. Now the item that I ordered is sold out everywhere, and I wasted over a month and countless hours chasing customer service, all to have them cancel the order without my permission or offering me a solution. Complete fail.
