It is Superior to all Products available to me in my Area!
Item arrived well packaged and still frozen. I cannot give input to the taste because it was purchased for my puppy. This was the first time I have purchased and handled spleen, but everything seemed good.
My dogs are on a raw diet, and finding organ meat is very difficult. This makes it easy to give them a variety of different tastes, textures and nutrients.
I recommend grinding it and adding to the hamburger meat for extra iron and flavor.

Beautifully cut and packaged. I make about 5 servings of this organ for the freezer and eat once a week.

Ordered spleen for the first time but I did not care for the taste. I will stick to the liverwurst instead.

It was my first time cooking and eating spleen. I grilled it in an attempt to dry it up. but it was still so chewy and didn't taste good at all. So the rating is not a reflection of the product but my ignorance on how to enjoy it.
