Gouda cheese was first mentioned in history books dating back to 1184. Therefore, it is one of the oldest types of cheese still being produced.
Hand-crafted in small batches from whole A2-A2 milk. A2-A2 milk has a unique protein profile that is easier to digest than A1 milk.
Highest heat temperature: 107 deg. F
All natural. No antibiotics or artificial growth hormones.
US Wellness Meats’ cheese is sourced from 100% grass-fed dairy cows. No grain, soy free, non-GMO. Naturally higher in Omega-3's and CLA's.
Vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. Once opened, it is best used within 7-10 days.
Ingredients: Raw whole milk, sea salt, animal rennet, cultures.
Each package weighs approximately 8 ounces.

I swim in the morning and do a mile and a half swim each day. I take a slice of cheese to eat to hold me over for the time I am swimming and at the gym. I do this every day. I have tried an orange or something else, but this cheese does the job. If I ate cheese from the grocery store I would not do well. There is something different in the product when the cows are grass fed and finished. I would be lost if this farm quit making their cheese.
