Great support and great servers
Quick support and they helped immediately, also the servers lag little bit with no performance mods but with 1-2 mods it's not lagging even with 8ppl at the same time exploring new chunks

20 years behind real server hosts like Nitrado or 4netplayers
i´ve just rented an ARK Ascended Server and i really don´t like their service. The "Manage Server Panel" is confusing and overcomplicated and in the server settings tab many setting options are missing like for example: SetServerPassword, enablePVE, disableTribeDamage, disableTamedDinoDamage and many more. And why did the ServerName which i selected while i purchased it suddenly changed to something like "pS44g_r36tzgsw" (i already changed it back to my original server name).
Oh i forgot to mention, the server was starting for 20 minutes without being online (it was freshly installed for the first time with all standard settings and no mods) so i stopped the server as i don´t want such an unreliable service. Cancellation and refund requested. They advertise with 72 hour money back garantuee, we will see. I will update this review if i get my full refund or if they deny it or if they try shady things.

Some settings for ARK servers, including options such as server passwords, PvE configuration, and damage settings, are typically configured through the server configuration files rather than directly through the panel interface. Our team is always available to assist with locating and adjusting these settings if needed.
Regarding the server name you noticed, temporary identifiers may sometimes appear during the initial setup process before the configuration is fully applied. This does not affect the functionality of the server and can be changed at any time.
For the startup time, the first launch of a freshly installed ARK server can take longer than usual while the server generates files and completes the initial setup.
Regarding your cancellation and refund request, if it was submitted within the 72 hour money back guarantee period, our billing team will review it according to our policy.
If you would like, our support team would be happy to assist you with the configuration and setup to ensure the server runs as expected.
