Exceptional quality and outstanding customer service

The item i ordered was a pull up bar which I found to be high level manufacturing and quality materials used. Delivery service ahead of time.
The customer service is second to none, very helpful and quick response from all of the team.
Gravity Fitness would be my option when ordering in the future.

The gravity pull up bars and extension kit were delivered in two packs without a problem, I was able to set up okay but should of watched the video, I am 74 and try to be active I cycle off road and have an indoor rower but the last year I have lacked the drive to do much and hoped the gravity bars would be a simple way to try to regain upper body strength, unfortunately I have been doing dead hangs and my right shoulder has become numb so I have stopped. I am 5 feet 8 inches 1.727mm and can hang just clear of the floor the bars feel stable not that I can do much but hang, I do not feel I would benefit from the app there are other resources from gravity fitness and others which I intend to view once I get passed the shoulder problem.

Fast delivery. Competitive prices and most importantly quality products. I bought 4 times already on their website.

Really good products, that are well-made, sturdy and high quality. I will always look to Gravity Fitness first for anything I may need to buy for home.

Absolutely brilliant weighted vest. The 30kg adjustable weight makes it really versatile, whether I’m using it for pull-ups, push-ups, squats or conditioning workouts. Feels solid, comfortable and secure while training, and the ability to adjust the weight is a massive bonus. Perfect bit of kit for my truck workouts and gym sessions. I placed an order with Gravity Fitness and was very impressed with the speed of delivery. However, I was even more impressed with the aftercare.

There was a glitch in the app which resulted in me being overcharged, and a couple of the products I ordered weren’t suitable for my setup. I reached out by email and Lydia dealt with everything brilliantly. A free collection was arranged for the next day and a refund was also organised for the error with the app.

Lydia’s responses were quick, professional and exactly what you would hope for when, inevitably, things don’t always go perfectly first time.

I’ll definitely be ordering more products in the near future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gravity Fitness.

If only every company was this efficient!

I have bought the portable pull-up bar & extension kit which works well for me as I am 6ft 3. This setup is stable and with the assistance of the helpful videos and resistance bands I am sure I will be able to do my first pull-up soon 💪

My parallets arrived on time and were easy to assemble. Good quality product with no wobbles and solid grip surface to support body weight. The app service offers good progression routines. Have been using the app for 6 months.

Extended range of products and of very high quality and durability which has made a big difference to my calisthenics training.

Really good kit, (universal door pull up bar has a spirit level so you can get it straight, how cool is that!) and excellent customer service.

Have the portable pull up bar at home, great solid bit of kit considering it's free standing. Just ordered the extension kit for the extra height. I also needed 2 replacement pins so reached out to customer support who have included the spare pins for me as part of my order. Great service.

It's ok. Fine for pullups if you are 5'6 or below. Its only a little wobbly. I'm 5'9, so I have to bend my knees a lot which makes it easier (not a genuine pullup, or hollow hold / legs out, which is alot harder). The bar itself is too thick for deadhangs so adding more comfortable banding would make it thicker than it already is. Very fast to construct. The bag is bulky. Could do with padding. Can do partial dips when horizontal. I think this has great potential with some modifications.

Ok so had a pants experience with getting hold of the medium parallettes. Paid for next day delivery and unfortunately they were a no show. Contacted support as the courier info was pants, didn't get a reply but I'd advise people to give it 24hrs at least.
The next morning early, I did get a reply saying how sorry they were and that they were getting on top of it. My next day cost was refunded, I also had the pleasure of a phone call from gravity. That for me was going beyond what standard customer services would do. To actually speak to a person to help you guide through the problem helped me massively.
My situation wouldn't allow me to get a parcel to me for another 3 days due to a weekend away, but they insured another was sent out within the hour and used a far more established courier company with better tracking.
Parcel received today with a little extra something. I can't fault it at all.

Absolutely brilliant bit of kit. The pull-up bar is solid, stable and really easy to put together and pack away. As a Class 1 HGV tramper driver, I use it in lay-bys and truck stops so I can train wherever I park, and it’s been perfect for that.

I’ve used it for pull-ups, chin-ups, dips (with the dip attachment), hanging knee raises and more, and it feels really sturdy throughout. The build quality is excellent and it’s helped me stay consistent with my training despite working long hours on the road.

I’d highly recommend it to anyone who wants a portable, high-quality pull-up station. Worth every penny.
