I was traveling to the city from Detroit and have some GI issues, so I made this appointment so I could be comfortable on my trip. I am a bit of an anxious person, so I was worried about having this service away from where I normally go..but I could not have had a better experience. The owner was warm and friendly, and immediately put me at ease. She was knowledgeable and kind, and with the help of techniques she used that I was not accustomed to, like turning on my side and abdominal massage, I was able to have a very thorough cleanse and was able to enjoy my stay and flight back without G.I. distress. I am so very grateful that I have this place to come to when I return to the city.

I visit Gravity often for their far infrared sauna and colon hydrotherapy sessions. From the minute I walk in the door, I'm greeted by Shin, who always make me feel welcome and at home. She is wonderful. It can be challenging finding a Low EMF far infrared sauna. Many wellness centers with infrared saunas don't offer one that is low EMF. So finding a wellness center with the Jacuzzi brand sauna (formerly Clearlight) is important to me. They have a Jacuzzi far infrared sauna here. Separately, I come here and have colon cleansing sessions. Most recently I have had sessions with Laura, who is gentle, experienced and a great listener. They use the Gravity Method here, a very natural approach. If you're in the area definitely check out Gravity East Village. A+++
