I purchased a set of masks from Grayers. I was not satisfied. They were too small to fit an average adult man. When I washed them, according to the directions, they shrank further and became absolutely useless.

I posted a negative review of the product on their website. My review was courteous and factual. They immediately removed it.

Thinking that had to be a mistake, I posted it again. And again they removed it.

I tried a third time - and they removed it!

If you look at their site, you won’t find any negative reviews. They don’t want you to hear ANYTHING negative about their products. What kind of company hides criticism? A company you can’t trust!
