Gray Malin Reviews 

We have purchased two Gray Malin trays a few years ago. We rarely use them, but we display them decoratively. They are very pretty and bring back great memories. I NEVER write negative reviews, but in this case I will make an exception. These trays are quite expensive. About a month ago, we were re-painting our kitchen, and I had to move the trays. When I picked up one of the trays, it completely fell apart. I threw it in the trash until my better half told me how much we had paid for it. I have now super glued it back together. I called customer service at Gray Malin three weeks ago.....a blackhole. Shame on you!!!!!!

Don't buy from here! I purchased two framed prints, and both are damaged with bubbles throughout. they look horrible. I reached out to customer service but they are not very responsive, and when they have responded there has been nothing of value. i am on my fourth email that hasn't been responded to. for the price, it is actually insane that these are such poor quality and they don't do anything to make it right. so disappointing!

Poor Quality frames, extremely rude customer service. Processing and shipping took forever. Refused to give a refund after waiting forever and didn’t need them anymore. For a high end vendor you would expect better and nicer customer service. ZERO STARS!

Anyone who charges $3000 for a photo that's worse than things I've taken on my phone does not deserve trust.

Gray Malin is overpriced and overhyped, not to mention problematic and it shows in his “themed” work which is all plantation vibes. And you go to the arctic for a shoot and choose to spotlight tacky plastic pool pieces? Typically his chosen price point is for higher-quality products and work.

Picture arrived with a faulty frame. I’ve emailed ‘guest services’ 3 times and not even had an acknowledgment back.
For such an expensive product the customer service is a huge letdown. Shop elsewhere!

Expensive products and awful communication, what fun I’ve had dealing with them! I initially had to email CS for the tracking number because it was never sent to me, then I had to email again because there was no movement from 5/4 when a label was created until 5/10 when it was finally received by FedEx. I waited three weeks from the time I ordered for my picture to arrive; this item was listed as “in stock and ready to ship” (yea right). I opened my much-anticipated picture, glad to never have to deal with this company again. Of course, they sent the wrong one! Back to customer service, awaiting my new correct one to ship, nothing much beyond a sorry and a return shipping label for the return of the wrong one. Never again with this company!

Awful. No reply to customer service emails for days. Order says “shipped” with no other updates. This was a $1,200 order…expect better service from a “premium” brand.
