Trapezoid cellular motorised blinds
Trapezoid shaped blinds arrived as ordered and well packed. Engineering team was diligent in ensuring fit for window and custom measurements taken. Install was straight forward having personally installed blinds in past. Blinds worked well having battery and remote channel preset at factory areas for improvement: Instructions for trapezoid install were not correct nor complete but worked thru it.

Love the Blinds, but needs better instructions
The blinds were great! and fairly simple to set up. I do wish that they came with better instructions for installation and how to set up the remote. We eventually figured it out, but we had to do lot of googling and you tube videos

Top Notch quality and customer service
We have 3 electric blinds. All operate extremely smoothly and are connected to our Google home for automated use. The fabric color and texture is the same today as it was 2 years ago when we brought these. We've had to check in with customer service several times over the two years regarding connection issues. Each time they have been very responsive to our needs. Professional and highly concerned about customer satisfaction. In each instance our issue was resolved to our satisfaction.
If we ever have a need to purchase more blinds we are definitely returning to this store.

Customer service fixed connectivity - blinds look great
I had issues with various blinds disconnecting with wifi. Customer support sent new updated motors with emailed details on how to install and re-setup the blinds. They went above to try and solve the issues I was seeing.

First order arrived fast…
My first order arrived fast but when attempting to install, they were the wrong size. A message came in regarding panel size that I misunderstood. Because of the misunderstanding, I placed a second order. The second order didn't go as smoothly as the first and the reason for 4 stars. I absolutely love the panel blinds that are finally up!!

I purchased 6 shades for my sunroom
I purchased 6 shades for my sunroom. Delivery was timely and the shades were very well packaged. Shades were also cut to the exact size as requested. My shades were outside mount and due to the window trim I had to extend the brackets out a 1/2 inch which the enclosed brackets did not allow. I resolved this issue by attaching a piece of trim above the window. Also the enclosed screws were too small so I had to get some with added length. Instructions for the remote were a little vague and I’m still working on the stop limits. I read that establishing groups was a nightmare so I might pass on that.

The folks at Graywind were very helpful and professional. I submitted an order, and when they asked for clarification as to what I was trying to accomplish, they helped me figure out that their product was not going to work for me the way I needed to install it, and so they cheerfully refunded my payment.
